The reporting party (Non-Motorist) stated that her Mother's vehicle (MV1) was parked in front of 88 Garland Rd all day and she had returned from work to find the damage. Operator of MV2 was not on scene upon arrival, but had left his information and was able to be contacted by phone in regard to the incident. Operator of MV2 confirmed what had occurred and stated he had minor damage to the rear end of his vehicle.
