Upon arrival, I met with Operator of MV1 who explained to me that they parked their car Southbound of Aberdeen Street when their left side mirror was hit. Operator of MV1 said the operator of MV2 stopped and gave their phone number but did not exchange the rest of the information. I went to Operator of MV2's house and they explained to me that they tried to give their phone number to pay for the damages out of pocket instead of insurance. They also had their daughter in the car and was in a rush. After speaking to both operators, they both agreed there was miscommunication involving the exchange of information. I existed both parties getting the right information.
