He slowed down to let them go but the vehicle didn't move so he proceeded to travel straight and the vehicle pulled out in front of him colliding with his vehicle. OPMV#2 Was traveling Northbound on the NWH exit/entrance roadway attempting to make a left turn onto Washington St traveling Eastbound when he was struck by the OPMV#1. OPMV#2 Stated he thought he could make a left turn until he was suddenly struck by the OPMV#1. Both vehicles were towed by Tody's Towing.
