Upon arrival I observed Ma Reg 1CNR59 being operated by Svertlana Savenco pinned between the southern curb of Tamworth facing Eastbound and Ma Reg 62EZ69 being operated by Renata Pawska. I spoke with Renata who stated she had been travelling NB on Fenwick Rd intending to turn right onto Tamworth when she saw Tamworth east of Fenwick was shut down due to a detour, at that time Renata turned left colliding with Svetlana. I spoke with Svetlana who stated she was travelling straight ahead when Renata turned into her.
