An independent witness stated that she was in a MV directly behind MV#1 at the east exit when she observed their traffic light turn green and both her and MV#1 proceeded into the intersection. The witness then observed MV#2 traveling south on Washington St enter the intersection crashing into MV#1 while their light was still green.
