Upon arrival, I was met by FEBLOWITZ, Colleen, who stated at approximately 1745 hours, she was crossing in the crosswalk at Tremont at Hibbard when her foot was hit by a car. FEBLOWITZ explained to me that she was in the crosswalk and she saw a silver sedan, MV1, traveling Eastbound on Tremont Street approaching her but it was far away where she felt safe to walk across the street. She said she also raised her hand to draw attention to herself. FEBLOWITZ was halfway in the crosswalk when she felt severe pain in her right foot. She looked behind her and saw MV1 was very close to her. MV1 continued to drive down Tremont Street and not stop. There were no witnesses. FEBLOWITZ went to Partner's Urgent Care to be treated for minor injuries. The crosswalk is in a lighted roadway. FEBLOWITZ was unable to gain any other information on MV1.
