MV 2 NEVER PULLED OVER TO EXCHANGE INFORMATION AND CONTINUED GOING SOUTH ON CENTRE STREET. MV 1 SUSTAINED MODERATE REAR END DAMAGE AND NO INJURIES REPORTED. I observed significant fresh damage to the rear bumper of Vehicle #1. Vehicle #2 is registered to a Ms. Jessica Gavell. I was later able to learn that the vehicle was being operated by her cousin, a Mr. Michael Gavell. Mr. Gavell was issued a citation for a violation of M.G.L. Ch.90/24-Leaving the Scene of Property Damage, and Ch.90/23-Operating MV after suspension due to OUI. (See Incident#19005785).
