She stated MV1 took a left onto Waldorf Rd. towards her and at that time she collided with the left side of MV1 and fell off her bike. The rear wheel of the bike was bent due to the collision. Elena stated that she was ok but had right hip pain. She was wearing a helmet, green jacket, blue shirt, black pants, and was riding a pink and white Diamondback bicycle (Serial # A1504026648). Her mother KIM, Kyung arrived on scene and signed a patient refusal with AMB1, and transported her to Harvard Vanguard Wellesley for an evaluation.
