Upon arrival I did not observe any damage to either vehicle. The passenger of MV1 was out of her vehicle yelling at the driver of MV2 and repeatedly walked back and forth between the vehicles confronting the driver of MV2. Both the driver of MV1 and MV2 stated that a vehicle backed out of a driveway in front of them. MV1 slowed down and MV2 rear ended MV1.
