Upon arrival, I observed MV1 to have damage along the drivers side. The operator stated that she was traveling southbound on Waltham St when MV2, which was parked facing southbound in front of Highlander Farms, abruptly pulled out and hit her. The operator of MV2 then pulled a U-turn and fled northbound into Waltham. MV2 was described as a small light grey car with drivers side damage and a popped front right tire. The operator of MV2 is believed to be female. Waltham PD was notified and searched the area with negative results. There are no exterior cameras on any of the businesses in the area nor was I able to locate any witnesses.
