WHILE DRIVING HE SAW VEHICLE #2 CROSS THE YELLOW LINE AND HIT VEHICLE #1. VEHICLE #1 HAD EXTENSIVE LEFT SIDE DAMAGE AND AIRBAG DEPLOYMENT.
