MV 2 sustained minor damage to the front left. The operator of MV 2 was uninjured. The registration of MV 2 was expired at the time of the crash. The operator and owner of MV 2, Mr. Seton Murphy, was able to register the vehicle at the scene. Mr. Murphy recieved a citation for an expired registration.
