MV1's front airbag was deployed. Operator of MV2 states that he was on Chestnut Hill Dr SB and came to a stop at Beacon St with the intention of going straight across. He said there were multiple cars in the left turn lane EB on Beacon St. He said that the front car motioned to him that he could go so he attempted to cross. He said that he did not see MV1 in the other lane and that his visibility was obstructed by all the cars in the left turn lane. Both operators signed medical refusals on scene.
