HE STATES VEHICLE #1 ABRUPTLY RE-ENTERED THE WALNUT ST. TRAFFIC LANE AND HIT HIS VEHICLE IN THE PROCESS. VEHICLE #1 AND #2 TRAVELED STRAIGHT SO THEY COULD SAFELY PULL OVER ON WASHINGTON PARK TO EXCHANGE INFORMATION. THEY BOTH STATED THE WOMAN IN THE WHITE SUV PULLED ONTO WASHINGTON PK.
