After speaking with ODVARKA I canvassed the area and noticed surveillance cameras at Brickfire Pizza and All Star Liquors. The owner of Brickfire states to the camera only captures footage from the front door and inside the establishment. The owner of All Star Liquor states his cameras only capture footage from the front of the store and the inside and the cameras are real time only and do not record. Businesses across the street were not open and I did not observe any external cameras.","[""Bus"", ""Night"", ""Solar""]","[""Unknown""]",[99],/static/reports/22000002.pdf,/static/images/22000002.png,"1210 Chestnut St, Newton, MA 02464, USA",42.3094396,-71.2213944,0,2022-01-07T16:27:12.435105 22000309,2022-04-13T09:15,2022-04-13,09:15,1169 COMMONWEALTH AVE,WEST 1169 COMMONWEALTH AVE,,0,10,0,0,"On 4/13/22 at 0915hrs I was dispatched to 1169 Comm Ave for an MVA. The RP on scene was identified as Mr Dustin Aguiar, a Wes Construction employee. Aguiar stated he was called by his office whom informed him the resident from 1169 Comm Ave, later determined to be Ms Helen Macintosh, reported to them that she had just collided with the back of their trailer that was parked on the carriage road. Macintosh was backing out of her driveway at which time her MV rear end struck the trailer. While Macintosh was reporting the accident she was also complaining about the trailer location blocking their driveway resulting in the collision. The Wes office requested a MV accident report from this incident. Aguiar nor any other Wes employee witnessed the accident. On my arrival, Macintosh was not present and I did not observe any trailer parking violations nor the driveway being blocked. No damage to the trailer, only superficial paint transfer. Unknown damage to Macintosh's vehicle. I was able to raise Macintosh's husband at the residence, Mr David Macintosh (lessee). Mr Macintosh stated his wife also called him to report the accident and he in turn called MWRA (contractor supervising sub contractor Wes) to complain. He stated Mrs Macintosh was unavailable at this time to speak but, he stated voluntarily and on her behalf, she in fact was operating their '19 Toyota Highlander (MA reg 7GKA20) that struck the trailer. I properly advised him including that this collision will be documented at the request of Wes. Wes is satisfied with the documentation of this collision.","[""Crash""]","[""Unknown""]",[99],/static/reports/22000309.pdf,/static/images/22000309.png,"1169 Commonwealth Ave, West Newton, MA 02465, USA",42.3375407,-71.2150986,0,2022-04-21T16:27:14.142626 22000394,2022-05-12T19:53,2022-05-12,19:53,COMMONWEALTH AVE & AUBURN ST,30 EAST COMMONWEALTH AVE,WEST AUBURN ST,1,10,0,0,"The operator of Vehicle 1 states that Vehicle 1 was parked at the airpump in the parking lot behind the Speedway gas station at 2370 Commonwealth Ave when Vehicle 2 backed out of a parking space and made contact with the driver-side rear passenger door of Vehicle 1. The operator of Vehicle 1 tried to make contact with the operator of Vehicle 2 and heard her passenger say something along the lines of ""go, go! Get out of here!"" Vehicle 2 then drove away. The operator of Vehicle 1 was able to take a picture of Vehicle 2 before it left the area. I observed minor scrapes to the driver side rear quarter panel of Vehicle 1. I contacted the operator of Vehicle 2 by phone who states she was attempting to back out of her parking space but was blocked in by Vehicle 1 and asked the operator of Vehicle 1 to move his car so she could get out. The operator of Vehicle 2 states that the operator of Vehicle 1 told her to try and get out anyway and started putting air in his tires. The operator of Vehicle 2 states that she attempted to back out carefully and didn't feel her vehicle make contact with his vehicle so she left the parking lot. Due to the conflicting statements of the operators I was unable to determine who was at fault.","[""Phone"", ""Pictures"", ""Speed""]","[""Unknown""]",[99],/static/reports/22000394.pdf,/static/images/22000394.png,"Commonwealth Ave & Auburn St, Newton, MA 02466, USA",42.3445236,-71.2586295,0,2022-07-26T04:28:26.792066
