Rajinder further went on to state that at approximately 0230HRs, today, he was operating the vehicle while traveling Westbound on Washington St., when it inexplicably experienced a problem with its tire and could no longer be operated. Upon viewing the vehicle, I noted that its front driver's side tire was completely dislodged from the control arm assembly and it appeared that the ball joint had snapped. I noted no other apparently related damage on the vehicle, nor any hazards in the roadway. It should also be noted that the vehicle had a valid MA Inspection Sticker, which indicated it has passed the state's safety standards as of October 31, 2020. Todys Services arrived and collected the vehicle. A towed motor vehicle form was completed/filled.
