The vehicles seperated briefly and MV2 struck the back of MV1 again. Operator of MV2 stated she was driving at a slow rate of speed, behind MV1. She states she tried to stop her car but it was not responding. She attempted to downshift her car and put it in park, but instead it lunged forward into MV1 multiple times. No injuries were reported on scene. MV2 was towed by Todys. The passenger of MV2 had already left the scene prior to my arrival.
