The operator of Vehicle 2 states that the operator of Vehicle 1 told her to try and get out anyway and started putting air in his tires. The operator of Vehicle 2 states that she attempted to back out carefully and didn't feel her vehicle make contact with his vehicle so she left the parking lot.
