Upon arrival I spoke with MV1, who said that she was traveling southbound on Grant Ave when she saw a vehicle traveling northbound traveling close to the solid double line. MV 1 got nervous and swerved to the right causing her to jump the curb and strike a city tree. MV1 then reversed into a fire hydrant, causing it to become dislodged.
