Upon reviewing the cameras I was able to see the operator of MV1 park his vehicle in a space. At approximately 1841 hours MV2, a gray or darker colored Ford F150, pulls across spaces and attempts to go next to MV1. MV2 stops abruptly puts it in reverse and leaves. It appeared as if MV1 was struck by MV2.. It should be noted the camera is in black and white, unable to get any clear images of the license plate of MV2.
