She stated that the vehicle parked next to her, MA reg 298MS7, had damage to the front left side and was parked at an angle that may suggest an improper turn into the parking spot (see diagram). Movitz was able to show me two pictures of minor damage to both vehicles, however I am not able to confirm that the damage is related to each other via the photographs. A white male with spiky hair in his 40's drove off in the vehicle, according to Movitz, but there was no interaction between the two. I was able to make contact with the owner of the vehicle in question, who told me that his son Daniel Suleski III DOB 4/10/92 was operating his car today. Suleski was able to be reached by phone and was adament that he did not hit another vehicle. Suleski did state he was parked in the Newton Centre Lot around the time in question. Officer Marini checked the area for any cameras that may record the area with negative results. Based on the totality of the facts presented, I am unable to reach a definitive conclusion at this time. A witness stood by and gave Krongel their info along with a license plate number for the vehicle that struck his. The rear driver side of his vehicle was damaged. The second vehicle came back to a 2020 Ford Fusion MA reg 1LZR85 owned by Breanna Wasson DOB 4/23/1993. See witness statement. Newton Dispatch was able to find a number for Wasson on record. I called the number and left a message on its voicemail. It it not known at this time if Wasson was operating MV2. Traffic Bureau update (Officer Gaudet): On Thursday, September 16, 2021, I attempted to make contact with the registered owner of MV2, Ms. Breann Wasson, with a negative result. A message was left for her to contact me. A ""Hit and Run"" inquiry was mailed to Ms. Breann's address listed with the registry. On Thurday, September 23, 2021, I spoke with Ms. Wasson via telephone. Ms. Wasson acknowledged she was involved in the crash and had to leave with out immediately exchanging information because she was late for an appointment. Ms. Wasson stated when she returned to her vehicle, Mr. Krongel had left his business card on her winshield. Ms. Wasson stated she contacted Mr. Krongel to exchange information but he was not interested in speaking with her. Ms. Wasson stated she contacted her insurance company and reported the crash to them. Ms. Wasson did not provide information about any damage to her vehicle. Operator 1 stated as she was stopped, she was rear ended. Operator 2, Lien-Anh Tran lien, stated she was driving Northbound on Winchester St heading towards Centre St when she stopped directly behind vehicle 1. Operator 2 stated she was rear ended by vehicle 3 causing her to then rear end vehicle 1. Operator 3, Jo Sephus, stated she was driving Northbound on Winchester St. She stated she collided into vehicle 2, which then caused vehicle 2 to collide into vehicle 1. Operator 3 stated she did not have enough time to stop. A witness, Allison Leary, stated she saw vehicle 1 turn to go around the landscaping truck, and abruptly stop. She stated vehicle 2 stopped directly behind vehicle 1 and vehicle 3 ""barreled"" into vehicle 2 who then collided into vehicle 1. Operator 1 was transported to Beth Israel-Needham Hospital by Fallon Medics, and her husband, Jeffrey Reed took possession of her vehicle. Operator 2 and 3 signed patient refusals. However Harteln informed me the camera did not pick up Malloy's vehicle being struck. I provided Harteln with my department email and advised her to send me the footage from her ring camera. I canvassed the neighborhood and was unable to find any other cameras near 45 William Street. I provided Malloy with the crash report number to this incident and advised her to contact her insurance company and to take photographs of her vehicle. He stated that the above mentioned vehicle had been hit in the parking lot. The witness is Allyn McCourt (617) 875-3457. He provided Goud with a description of an older female driving MA reg 2EE316. It was reported that she made contact with the rear of vehicle #1 and immediately left the scene. I spoke to Mccourt on the phone, who informed me that the woman was a white female between 60-70 yrs old. She appeared to be making a 3-point turn in the lot, hit a bush, then the rear bumper of vehicle #1. I asked Mccourt if there was any indication that the woman knew she hit vehicle #1, to which he stated ""it certainly seemed so, because she motioned for me to move out of her way after she hit it"". The vehicle was described by Mccourt as a blue sedan. MA reg 2EE316 comes back active on a 2011 blue Toyota Camry to Sergey Klepikov out of 1156 Chestnut St in Newton. QED shows a Vera Klepikov residing at that same address with a DOB of 12/22/52. I have left a message with the number on file for the Klepikov residence for Vera to contact me. Damage to vehicle #1 appears to be minor-moderate scraping from the picture I was shown by Goud.
