He said that he did not see MV1 in the other lane and that his visibility was obstructed by all the cars in the left turn lane. Both operators signed medical refusals on scene. He said he then changed lanes and went in front of the car that was directly to his right but another car drove around that car from the bike lane and struck the passenger side of his.
