Ms Lima stated she was parked facing W/B on Washington St near #721 when she attempted to make a U-Turn to go E/B when she was struck by vehicle #2. Vehicle #2 was a 2016 Jeep Compass, MA. reg 298XH9, operated by a Jevon D. Foster. He stated he was going W/B on Washington St when vehicle #1 pulled out in front of him from a parked position causing him to crash into her vehicle.
