The woman returned to her vehicle and left the area. Sarah could not get the license plate, vehicle make /model. Sarah Hamilton complained of neck pain. EMS responded to medically evauate her. Sarah did not want to be transported to the hospital and signed a refusal/waiver with EMS. The only damage I observed to V1 was paint scratches along the rear bumper. MV1 operator stated she and MV2 then pulled over on the other side of Commonwealth Ave and spoke with MV2 operator. MV1 operator said MV2 operator was an Asian male, approximately 45-50 years old, with glasses and dark hair. MV1 operator said she tried to exchange information with MV2 operator but that he did not address the issue and then left. MV1 operator said MV2 sustained minor hood damage due to MV1's hitch. MV1 operator said she was able to take a photo of MV2 registration, which she forwarded to my email. MV1 owner stated he was not going to notify his insurance due to his MV not sustaining damage. A witness who was in Vehicle #3 behind Vehicle #1 stated they were stopped at a red light on hammond st. and when the light turned green she witnessed Vehicle #2 blow the red light and was struck by Vehicle #1. The witness stated she and Vehicle #1 had a solid green light at the time they entered the intersection. At the time of the crash there were four parties inside Vehicle #2. After the crash Vehicle #2 left the scene after they thought Vehicle #1 had left and dropped off two passengers before returning to the scene of the accident. I spoke with the two passengers who were not present at the scene who both stated they were inside Vehicle #2 at the time of the crash and Vehicle #2 had a clear red light which they failed to stop for. One of these passengers was complaining of a head injury and was currently at a hospital being evaluated. Vehicle #1 had moderate damage to the front of the vehicle and was able to be driven away. Vehicle #2 had moderate damage to the right rear side and was able to be driven away. All drivers and passengers on scene were asked if they were injured which they stated they were not and declined any medical attention. MV2 operator said she witnessed MV3 suddenly cut off MV1 by taking a sharp left at the intersection, failing to yield the right of way to MV1. MV2 operator stated because MV1 had attempted to avoid a MVA with MV3, MV2's driver side was struck by MV1. MV2 sustained heavy driver side damage, and was towed by Todys. MV2 passenger was an infant that was checked by medics and appeared to be uninjured at this time, MV2 operator stated she struck her head on the driver side window and was transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital for an evaluation.
