Jonathan Bolivar stated that his truck (MV 1) was parked in the parking lot at National Lumber, located at 15 Needham St, today while he was at work. When he left work, at approximately 1700 hours, he went to his truck and there was a note on his windshield that stated somebody saw a vehicle bearing MA Reg CC4253 hit his vehicle and leave. The note did not specify how the vehicle was hit or any information on who left the note. Jonathan showed me scratching on the front passenger door of his truck. Attempts to reach the owner of MV 2 were unsuccessful. Traffic Bureau update (Officer Gaudet): On Wednesday, November 18, 2020, I attempted to make contact with the registered owner of MV2 (Myron Cohen - S78663105), with a negative result.
