AS41177 operated by a Narendra Roy. He stated he was going W/B on Washington St in the far right lane when vehicle #2 entered his lane causing the crash. Vehicle #2 was a blue 2018 Lexus LX570 MA plate HAYATI, operated by a Faten Akar. She stated she was travelling W/B on Washington St in the middle lane when she attempted to change lanes so as to get to a business at #341 Washington St when vehicle #1 struck her vehicle.
