The OP. of MV#1 states she has been having issues with controlling her right leg recently and went to Newton-Wellesley Hospital today to precisely see her doctor about it. As she was pulling up to stop for the Valet, her leg hit the gas pedal instead of the brakes. She steered around pedestrians, went up on the curb, through a frozen snow mound before managing to stop on a roadway towards the other hospital buildings. The OP. of MV#1 understands that she shouldn't be driving for the time being. Immediate Threat Form was faxed to the Driver Control Unit.

Narrative:
Vehicle 1 was parked unoccupied in the employee parking lot of Newton Wellesley Hospital when it was hit by Vehicle 2. The operator of vehicle 2 stated she was correcting her parking job and tried to back up, but the car was actually in drive and not reverse. the car drove forward hitting vehicle 1 going over a curb and hit a tree a few feet past the curb. This caused minor damage to Vehicle 1 and major front end damage to Vehicle 2 as well as front air bag deployment. Since this occurred on hospital grounds the operator of vehicle 2 walked herself to the ER for precautionary reasons and was cleared. Vehicle 2 remained in the parking area for a private tow company.

On 7/9/2019 at approx 1406Hrs while assigned to 497 I responded to level 4A of the Newton Wellesley parking garage at 2014 Washington St for a report of a minor collision. Upon arrival I spoke with the operator of RI Reg FV705, Malorie CURLEY who stated she had parked her new work vehicle in the parking stall was exiting her vehicle to see if she was within the lines when the operator of Ma Reg 69EL83 Laurence HENDY pulled into the spot next to her, opened his door striking her truck, CURLEY stated as she was rounding the car HENDY proceeded to grab his door and slam it into her car several more times. CURLEY stated she confronted HENDY who refused to exchange information with her for the damage to her car and fled. CURLEY took pictures which she will provide in her own crash report. The front bumper of CURLEYS car had several spots where the white paint was peeled back , HENDYS vehicle had the matching white paint on the edge of his drivers side door. Although the damage was minor CURLEY requested a report for documentation as it was her work vehicle. i attempted to contact HENDY but no phone number is listed.

Narrative:
On 6/24/2020 at approx 1108hrs while assigned to 497 I responded to the 1st level of NWH parking lot for a report of a minor crash with the RP requesting an evaluation of the other operators fitness to drive. Upon arrival I met with a very emotional Lisa DiGiacomo who stated while entering the garage in PA Reg PR8993R the operator of MA Reg 6446VE Richard Gray backed into her. I spoke with Gray who was appropriate and oriented, readily providing me with his license and registration, stating he was pulling into the garage when he saw somebody backing out of the Handicaped spot and attempted to reverse to take the spot and accidently tapped DiGiacomo, Gray stated it was very minor and showed there was no damage to his vehicle. I attempted to get DiGiacomos license and registration. DiGiacomo was crying and upset commenting on Grays driving ability, her fathers continued hospitilization. I repeatedly had to to redirect DiGiacomo to provide her license and registration. DiGiacomos had a minor approx 3 inch scuff on the front bumper of her fathers vehicle. I provided both Gray and DiGiacomo with a completed exchange form and advised them a report would be on file.

Narrative:
The owner of MV#1 stated she came out of work at NWH at 0730hrs and noticed the passenger front of her vehicle was damaged. She stated that she parked her vehicle in the that space at 2330hrs the night before. I observed significant damage to the passenger front of the vehicle. It should be noted that I did not observe and parts on the ground or any debris indicating that the accident occurred in that location. The headlight was totally shattered out and there were missing parts from vehicle. There was also a fluid trail that appeared to be leaking from the front passenger side. This trail indicated that the vehicle was driven and backed in to the parking space after the collision took place. Based on my training and experience I do not believe that vehicle was struck in that location as a hit and run. There were no cameras in the area. The owner requested her own tow for the vehicle. I submitted a photo of the claimed hit and run scene to the IT bureau and it was attached to this accident report.

Narrative:
On 524/2022 at approx 1324Hrs while assigned to 497 I responded to the west entrance of Newton Wellesley Hospital for a report of a two car crash. Upon arrival I observed a gray Land Rover Ma Reg 1106 and a white delivery truck Ma reg W13340 connected at the entrance to the rear of NWH, an area that is under construction. I spoke with the owner of the Land Rover, Frederick Camerato who stated he had parked his car in order to pick someone at the hospital up, while it was parked it was struck and dragged by a delivery truck, Ma Reg W13340 being operated by Mohammed Aquas. Aquas stated he was heading to make a delivery to the hospital and the Land Rover was parked in an illegal spot. Construction at the hospital created poor conditions, in addition to multiple vehicles stopped or parked in the fire lane. There were multiple construction trucks parked on access road and on the curb.
