Narrative:
The operator of MV#1 stated he was stopped in traffic east bound on Commonwealth Ave(#1778) when MV#2 rear ended his MV. The operator of MV#2 stated that she was also traveling east on Commonwealth Ave directly behind MV#1. Operator stated she is not familiar with MV#2 and attempted to stop MV but that brake didn't respond as quickly as she expected it to. MV#2 then rear ended MV#1. No injuries and MV#2 was towed by Todys.

Operator of vehicle one stated that while driving west bound near 697 Washington St her vehicle's passenger side mirror struck vehicle's two driver's side mirror. Operator of vehicle one stated that a large truck that was driving next to her vehicle west bound that was coming close to her vehicle. Vehicle two was parked unoccupied in front of 697 Washington St. Vehicle's one's passenger mirror was damaged and vehicle's two was not damaged. Neither vehicle required a tow and operator of vehicle one stated that she was not injured. I took photos of both vehicles and forward the disk to the NPD's IT Bureau.

The operator of MV#1 stated she was travelling westbound on Washington St when she was struck from behind by MV#2. MV#1 sustained heavy rear end damages. There were no reported injuries to the operator of MV#1. The operator of MV#2 stated he was travelling westbound On Washington St and did not see MV#1 in front of him and struck it. MV#2 sustained minor damages to its front bumper. There were no reported injuries to the operator of MV#2 or its passenger.

Narrative:
The operator of MV#1 stated he was travelling westbound on Watertown St when MV#2 rolled backwards from its parking spot and struck him. MV#1 sustained moderate damages to its front right side bumper and its rear right side doors. There were no reported injuries to the operator of MV#1. The tow truck operator ("Todisco Towing" truck with a ramp bed MA Repair plates 98BD) stated he was loading up MV#3 (An unregistered red colored BMW sedan being retrieved for auction bearing VIN WBABS33403PG88984) onto his inclined ramp bed when the tow hook on MV#3 broke causing MV#3 to roll backwards striking MV#2 which in turn pushed MV#2 into MV#1. Both MV#3 and MV#2 were unoccupied at the time of this accident and both vehicles were being towed for auction. There were no visible damages to the rear end of MV#3. There were minor damages to the rear left side of MV#2.

Based on statements and observations the following occurred: Mv#1 was travelling straight ahead on Oak St S/B and rear ended Mv#2 that was stopped in traffic at #149 Oak St. #1 operator wasn't paying attention to traffic stopped ahead of him, as a result wasn't able to stop in time, and rear ended #2. No injuries reported. #1 sustained significant front end damage. It was towed by Tody's. #2 appeared to sustain moderate rear end damage. #2 did not require towing and was driven away by the operator.

Operator of MV1 states he was stopped in traffic westbound, in the area of 1045 Beacon St. He states suddenly he was struck from behind by MV2. The vehicles seperated briefly and MV2 struck the back of MV1 again. Operator of MV2 stated she was driving at a slow rate of speed, behind MV1. She states she tried to stop her car but it was not responding. She attempted to downshift her car and put it in park, but instead it lunged forward into MV1 multiple times. No injuries were reported on scene. MV2 was towed by Todys. The passenger of MV2 had already left the scene prior to my arrival. I was able to speak to his father via phone who stated he was uninjured and did not need medical treatment.

Narrative:
I responded to the area of Washington St@Belmore PK. at 1710hrs. 05/28/2019 for a two car MVA. I arrived on location and identified both operators. V1 operator; Louis, Kevin K. MA OLN #S43050796 operating MA Reg. 4RT219; 2003 BMW/X5 color black. V2 Operator; Whalen, Holly J. MA OLN#S25300910 operating MA Reg. 23XR36; 2008 Chev/Suburb color blue. Both vehicles were traveling westbound on Washington St. V2 slowed/stopped for a line of traffic in front of her. V1 ,as stated by the operator, was changing lanes when V2 came to a stop and collided into the rear of V2. Neither operator was injured as a result of the collision. V1 did have airbag deployment. V1 operator declined EMS. V1 required towing service. Tody's responded to provide service. V1 sustained front end damage. V2 sustained minor damage to the rear bumper/body. V2 did not require towing service.

MV1 was parked eastbound at 330 Elliot St when it was struck by MV3 in the rear left corner. MV1 was pushed forward into the rear of MV2. Both vehicles were unoccupied. Reporting party stated MV3 was possibly a dark colored SUV, unknown registration, that fled the scene eastbound on Elliot. Officers checked the surrounding area for a dark colored SUV with front end damage with negative results. MV1 sustained heavy damage to the left rear corner and was towed from the scene by Tody's. MV2 sustained very minor damage to the rear end. Towed motor vehicle inventory form was filled out and submitted.
