MV#1 was parked and unoccupied in front of #334 River St when it was struck by MV#2. The operator of MV#2 stated that he was traveling east on River St when his MV struck MV#1, which was parked on the side of the roadway. No injuries, no tows.

The owner of MV1 (MA Reg: 673GR1) was parked on the side of the road in the area of 320 Crafts St. MV1 was not in the vehicle, and came outside when she heard a collision. MV1 was parked legally facing southbound on Crafts St. The operator of MV2 (MA Reg: 228YM9) stated she is unfamiliar with the area and was trying to figure out where to turn while driving down Craft St. MV2 stated that she looked at her GPS, came out of the travel lane, and sideswiped MV1. MV1 sustained damage to the rear and drivers side. MV2 sustained damage to the front bumper passengers side. MV2 was evaluated by medics and signed a patient refusal. MV2 was towed by Tody's Towing. The operator of MV2 was issued Massachusetts Uniform Citation T11272254 (89/4A)

Narrative:
The operator of MV1 (ma reg RWH529) was traveling Southbound on Centre St when he observed a disabled truck in the middle of the street. The truck was stopped in the middle of the road at the intersection of Cabot St. Operator of MV1 stated he attempted to go around the truck entering the NB lane but had to quickly cut back into his lane because of oncoming traffic. Operator of MV1 caught the corner of the metal foot bar of the traffic ripping his whole left passenger side open. Operator of MV2 (CT apportioned 49135A) stated while driving his vehicle SB on Centre St on his way to Needham he could feel the truck start to have issues. Operator of MV2 stated while stopped at the light at Centre and Cabot he heard a piece from his truck break off. The break became disabled at this time and could not be moved. Operator of MV2 called the police to report the issue, before we arrived Operator of MV1 had caught the edge of the metal foot hold. Both vehicles were towed by Tody's. Neither driver reported any injuries at this time. There was no visual damage to MV2. MV1 sustained heavy body damage all along the passenger side.

On Tuesday July 9th 2019 at approximately 1409 hours I responded to a two car accident on Kenrick St and Waverley Avenue. At the time the weather was sunny and the road conditions were dry. Kenrick St and Waverley Ave are both public ways owned by the City of Newton. The operator of MV1 identified as Smreeti Khanal (S82370804) stated she was stopped at the red light on Kenrick Street and was waiting to turn left onto Waverley Ave when her vehicle MA REG 623KD7 was struck by a large box truck that was turning left onto Kenrick Street from Waverley Ave. MV1 sustained heavy front end damage and was towed from the scene by Todys. Two small children were in the back seats during the accident. No injuries were reported. The operator of MV2 identified as Keiven Vandon Stewart (TX 33693636) stated he had the green light and was turning left onto Kenrick St from Waverley Ave and the side of his truck made contact with MV1. MV2 stated MV1 was not on the right side of the road and did not leave enough space for the truck to make the turn. MV2 reported no injuries and sustained no damage. AMB1 responded and cleared with four patient refusals. MV2 was able to leave the scene.

vehicle 1 was travelling North on Langley Rd where she states a bug of some kind was flying around her head. She panicked and while trying to shoe the bug, drifted over the double yellow line and struck vehicle two head on. Operator of vehicle two states he had just backed out of his driveway and started to travel South on Langley Rd when Vehicle one crossed over and struck him.

On Tuesday 07/09/2019 at approximately 1422 hours I responded to Walnut St at Kirkstall Rd for a two car motor vehicle accident involving a City of Newton owned DPW truck. Kirkstall Rd and Walnut St are both public ways in the City of Newton. At the time of the accident the weather was sunny and the road conditions were dry. The operator of MV1 identified as Yaakov Bier (SS72653068) stated he was stopped on Walnut St attempting to take a left turn onto Hull St when he was rear ended by MV2. MV1 sustained heavy rear end damage and was towed from the scene by Todys. The operator reported no injuries. The operator of MV2 identified as Denis Doucet (S15405545) stated he was traveling southbound on Walnut St and as he was coming around the bend approaching Hull St he did not have enough time to stop behind MV1. MV1 sustained no damage and the operator reported no injuries.

On Tuesday 7/9/19 at approximately 1734 hours while assigned to marked unit n499 I was dispatched to the area of 76 Nahanton Street for a report of a 2 car MVA with no injuries. Upon arrival I spoke with the operator of MV1, BISHOP Robert, who stated that he was travelling eastbound operating a loner vehicle from Mercedes of westwood when the vehicle began "bucking" back and forth as he was slowing to a stop. He stated he didnt know why the vehicle was operating in such an erratic manner. Robert further stated that he was concerned that he would strike the vehicle in front of him so he swerved toward the middle of the road crossing the double yellow line into the path of MV2 striking the vehicle. I also spoke to the operator of MV2, LEMBERG Ekaterina, who stated that she was travelling westbound when she saw MV1 cross the double yellow line into her lane of travel. She was unable to stop and was struck by MV1.

On 7/9/2019 at approx 1406Hrs while assigned to 497 I responded to level 4A of the Newton Wellesley parking garage at 2014 Washington St for a report of a minor collision. Upon arrival I spoke with the operator of RI Reg FV705, Malorie CURLEY who stated she had parked her new work vehicle in the parking stall was exiting her vehicle to see if she was within the lines when the operator of Ma Reg 69EL83 Laurence HENDY pulled into the spot next to her, opened his door striking her truck, CURLEY stated as she was rounding the car HENDY proceeded to grab his door and slam it into her car several more times. CURLEY stated she confronted HENDY who refused to exchange information with her for the damage to her car and fled. CURLEY took pictures which she will provide in her own crash report. The front bumper of CURLEYS car had several spots where the white paint was peeled back , HENDYS vehicle had the matching white paint on the edge of his drivers side door. Although the damage was minor CURLEY requested a report for documentation as it was her work vehicle. i attempted to contact HENDY but no phone number is listed.
