Narrative:
The operator of MV#1 stated she was travelling southbound on Centre St in the left travel lane when MV#2 swerved into her from the right travel lane. MV#1 sustained moderate damages to its right side front bumper. There were no reported injuries to the operator of MV#1 or its passengers. The operator of MV#2 stated she was travelling southbound on Centre St and was unsure what had happened. MV#2 sustained moderate damages to its driver's side front fender. There were no reported injuries to the operator of MV#2 or its passenger. A query of the operator of MV#1 showed a MA driver's license status of suspended. I issued in hand to the operator of MV#1 MA uniform citation #T2079506 for violation of c90 s23 operating after suspended license. A licensed operator (MA driver's license #S77072057) took possession of MV#1. The operator of MV#2 stated she did not have a driver's license and was never issued one. MV#2 showed that it was registered to the operator and provided a Brazilian passport for identification. I issued in hand to the operator of MV#2 MA uniform citation #T2079505 for violation of c90 s10 unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. A licensed operator (MA driver's license #S47820770) took possession of MV#2.

Operator #1 was driving w/b on Washington St just past Waltham St when his rear passenger decided to open the passenger side door attempting to exit into traffic causing a crash with vehicle #2. The rear passenger door as it opened struck vehicle #2's passenger side mirror and door as it was passing vehicle #1. Operator #2 reports he was driving W/B on Washington St just passing Waltham St when vehicle #1s rear passenger door opened up into traffic striking his passenger side mirror and door.

Narrative:
Operator of vehicle one, Christopher Sermak, stated that while turning north bound in the parking lot of 175 Boylston St he was blinded by solar glare. Sermak stated that the diver's side visor was down and the he was not wearing sun glasses. Sermak stated that he heard a loud bang coming from the front driver's side of his vehicle and realized that his vehicle had stuck something. Sermak stated that he stopped his vehicle and saw a male identified as John Baker laying on his back on the ground. Baker stated that he had step off the side walk in front of 175 Boylston St and was walking to his car when he saw Sermak's vehicle approaching him and realized it was not slowing, Baker sated that the front driver's side of Sermak's vehicle struck his right arm and shoulder causing him to be knocked to the ground on his back. Baker stated that his head struck the ground but he did not lose consciousness. Baker was transported to Newton Wellesley Hospital via EMS for treatment. While on scene I observed that the rear passenger side brake light of Sermak's vehicle was out. I issued Sermak MA Citation T 2012527 and cited him for violations of City of Newton City Ordnance 19-75, failure to use care while tuning , and MGL 90/7 , defective lights.

Mv#1 was traveling north on Centre Street when it was involved in an argument with Mv#2, resulting in the motor vehicles colliding(ref inc 19055516). -OpMv#1 stated that after the confrontation Mv#2 cut him off striking his vehicle. -OpMv#2 stated that after the confrontation Mv#1 was trying cut him off striking his vehicle. - Mv#2 Pass1 and Mv#2 Pass2 statements coincide with those made by OpMv#2. -Wit#1 he observed Mv#1 and Mv#2the at the intersection of Commonwealth Street and Centre Street. Mv#1 on the right lane and Mv#2 on the left turning lane. He stated the parties exchanging words at the intersection and a few minutes both parties spat on each other's vehicles. When the traffic control light changed he observed Mv#2 speed off and Mv#1 suddenly changed lanes after it. They stated that they observed that when both vehicle were on Commonwealth Avenue Mv#2 cut off Mv#1, causing the vehicles collided. Mv#1 threw a cup of coffee at Mv#2. Wit#1 and Wit#2 stated they intervened and de-escalated the situation until police arrived. - None of the parties reported injuries to them at the scene not either vehicle was towed. Op MV#1 was cited for Reckless Operation Ch 90s24. (Cit#2079508) by suddenly changing lanes and cutting across the intersection to follow Mv#2. Op MV#2 (Cit#2079507) was cited because his driving caused the collision by shifting lanes with out signaling, cutting off MV#1.

MV 1 was traveling Northbound on Park St when she drove off the road and crashed into a telephone pole at 40 Park St. Park St is a public way in Newton. There was major damage to the front center, front left, and front right of MV 1. Powerlines covered the vehicle and entrapped the operator. The operator of MV was arrested for OUI (see incident report 19055618) Tody's towed the vehicle.

The operator of MV#1 stated that he was traveling west on Washington St (#2281) in the left hand lane when MV#2 entered his travel lane from the entrance/exit of #2281 Washington St and crash occurred. The operator of MV#2 stated that she was attempting to exit the property at #2281 Washington St and turn left when the MV in the right hand lane (west bound) had stopped to allow her to enter. MV#2 proceeded to enter Washington St when crash occurred with MV#1. No injuries, no tows.
