-MV#1 was traveling north when OpMv#1 drove off the roadway and onto the exterior wall of 717 Centre Street. OpMv#1 then left the scene. -Wit#1 stated he heard the crash, he came outside his house and he discovered Mv#1 on the wall surrounding the property. He next stated that OpMv#1 told him that he fell asleep behind the wheel. He stated the OpMv#1 called someone to make arrangements to be picked up. He stated a few minutes later he observed OpMv#1 get into an SUV, leaving the scene and the vehicle mounted on the wall without leaving any information. -OpMv#1 came to the station later that morning and stated he was in an argument with his girlfriend and went for a drive. He stated he had worked all day, fell asleep behind the wheel, got scared, so, he left the scene of the collision and the vehicle behind. -Upon my arrival on the scene I observed Mv#1 off the roadway, over the sidewalk and mounted on the property wall outside of 717 Centre Street. I conducted an inspection of the vehicle and I observed the vehicle was unlocked, there were no passengers in the vehicle, the registration was on the passenger seat and I did not observe any damage to the ignition which may indicate to the car being stolen. After the vehicle was removed by Tody's Towing, I observed the stones on the wall had been shifted and many stone broken off from the cement. I took pictures of the damages to both Mv#1 and the adjacent property. -Mv#1 was towed from the scene by Tody's and OpMv#1 was cited and will be summonsed to court for Leaving the Scene of Property Damage.

On 5/14/22 at 1628hrs, Mv#1 was parked unoccupied in front of 35 Pelham St. #1 owner Mr Brian Larsen was not home at this time. Mr Larsen's front door video system captured a grey possible Honda CRV, with passenger side front spare donut tire (no hubcap), with rear body damage above the passenger side rear tire veer to the right sideswiping his parked vehicle causing minor damage to his driver's side rear. Unknown vehicle fled continuing down Pelham St out of view. Video system was unable to zoom in on a plate number. A neighbor witness, Ms Claire Johannes, sitting on her front stoop across the street observed the collision and was also unable to see a plate number. Unknown vehicle operator was described by her as a W/F, with brown hair. Mr Larsen will email the footage to policerecords@newtonma.gov

The operator of MV#1 was traveling south bound on Centre Street coming up to the intersection at Ward Street when she rear ended MV#2 who was pushed into MV#3. MV#2 and MV#3 were stopped at the red light. There was major damage to the front of MV#1 and rear end damage to MV#2 and MV#3. MV#1 was towed by Tody's towing. The operator of MV#1 and passenger signed a medical refusal. There was no airbag deployment.

MV 1 was traveling North on Centre St over the bridge attempting to change lanes. While changing lanes she struck the upper drivers side of MV 2. MV 1 sustained moderate damage to the passenger front and passenger side. MV 1 was towed by tody's at the request of the owner and operator. There were no injuries to the operator of MV 1 or the passenger in MV 1. MV 2 was traveling straight in the third lane on Centre St over the bridge. While traveling straight MV 1 struck his driver side front and driver side attempting to change lanes. MV 2 sustained major damage to his front driverside tire and axel. MV 2 was towed due to the vehicle being disabled. There were no injuries to the operator of MV 2 or passenger in MV 2.
