OPMV#1 Was traveling Eastbound on Commonwealth Ave stopped in traffic when he was struck from behind by the OPMV#2. OPMV#1 Stated he was stopped in traffic and was suddenly rear-ended. OPMV#2 Was traveling Eastbound on Commonwealth Ave when he struck the OPMV#1 that was stopped in traffic. OPMV#2 Stated he was picking up his daughter and got distracted when he noticed her across the street and thats when he struck the vehicle in front of him.

MV#1 was traveling west on Homer St. MV#2 was traveling across Homer St, from Kenwood Ave south onto Pleasant St. Operator of MV#1 stated that she did not see MV#2 crossing Homer St. Operator of MV#1 stated that as MV#2 was crossing Homer St, he crashed into her. Operator of MV#2 stated that he did not see MV#1 traveling on Homer St as he attempted to cross. Operator of MV#2 stated that when he was crossing Homer St, he crashed into MV#1. MV#2 airbags deployed. MV#1 and MV#2 were towed off scene by Todys. Both parties signed patient refusals.

Narrative:
Operator of MV1 was driving westbound on Beacon St in the area of 741 Beacon. Operator of MV1 stated his tire blew out and the car swerved into the side of MV2 and then the rear of MV3 which were both parked legally. Witness 1 stated she heard the crash but did not see the impact. She stated she heard the crashing noise first, and then heard a loud popping noise of the tire blowing out shortly after. Witness 1 identified Cesar Ramirez Rodriguez as the Operator of MV1. Operator of MV1 was uninjured, and the other two vehicles were unoccupied. Todys responded and towed MV1 and MV2. Operator of MV1 was issued, in hand, MA citation T1440439 for 90/23 Operating after suspension and 89/4A marked lanes violation. I was eventually able to locate the owners/drivers of the parked vehicles and they were given the report number. Beacon St is a public way in the City of Newton.

Operator of MV#1 stated she was driving southbound on Lexington St and began to turn left onto River St. She stated she was following her GPS and another car in front of her and did not see MV#2 approaching. She collided with MV#2 in the intersection. MV#1 suffered major damage to the front of the vehicle. Operator of MV#2 stated he was travelling northbound on Lexington St through the green light when MV#1 turned in front of him causing the collision. MV#1 suffered major damage to the front and left side. Both cars were towed by David from Tody's Towing.
