Narrative:
On 11/21/2019 at approx 0740 hrs while assigned to 497 I responded to the intersection of Washington St and Beacon St for a report of a two car crash with entrapment. Upon arrival I observed NFD and Cataldo Medics assisting the driver of Ma Reg 5RA826 which was in the left EB lane of Washington St with the driver side of the vehicle caved in , the driver of the vehicle, Dorcus BIRUNGI was crying and shaking complaining of left side pain . NFD was working on opening the driver side door which was stuck from the collision. BIRUNGI related she was travelling WB on Washington St through the intersection of Washington and Beacon St when she was struck . The crash forced her car to spin sliding over the center island coming to final rest in the EB lane of Washington St. I was approached by Newton School Crossing Guard Regina GAYLE who stated she had witnessed the crash. GAYLE stated the Operator of the black Jeep Ma Reg 8VX486 had the green light, was well into his left turn from the EB laft lane of Washington St onto Beacon St when the Suburu "came flying " through the intersection. GAYLE stated she didnt know if the Suburu driver was trying to beat the light but she was "going so fast". I spoke with the operator of Ma Reg 8VX586 , nicholas MANCINI. MANCINI stated he was taking the left onto Beacon from EB Washington St with the green light when the other operator came over the rise of WB Washington St at a extremely high rate of speed . BIRUNGI transported to NWH by Cataldo, Vehicle towed by Todys.

Narrative:
OPMV#1 Was traveling Southbound on Greenough St and came to a stop at the intersection of Washington St and Greenough St. OPMV#1 entered the Westbound lane of Washington St crossing over into the Eastbound lane when she was struck by the OPMV#2. OPMV#1 Stated she was being let go by people stuck in traffic and when she entered the other lane, that is when she was struck by another vehicle. OPMV#2 Was traveling Eastbound on Washington St when a vehicle pulled out in front of him causing him to collide with the OPMV#1. OPMV#2 Stated he was traveling straight on Washington St to get onto the Mass Pike to go to the airport when I vehicle pulled out in front of him and he had no time to stop. MV#2 Was towed by Tody's Towing. OPMV#1 Was transported to NWH by EMS.

On 11/21/2019, at 1731 hours, I responded to the intersection of Bridge St and California St. Upon arrival, I observed MV1 to have damage to the passenger side and MV2 had damage to the front passenger side. The operator of MV1 stated that he was traveling southbound on Bridge St and as he was turning left onto California St he collided with MV2. The operator of MV2 stated he was traveling northbound on Bridge St when MV1 turned in front of him and they collided. Both operators stated they had a green light. No injuries were reported and MV2 was towed from the scene.

MV1, MV2, and MV3 were stopped in traffic on Washington St westbound (public way) when MV4 struck MV3 from behind, causing a chain accident. MV4 sustained heavy front end damage and was towed by Tody's. MV3 sustained both front and rear end damage, and was towed by Tody's. MV2 sustained both front and rear end damage. MV1 sustained rear end damage. MV4 operator stated she was unsure how and why she struck MV3 but believes she fainted and blacked out. No driver said they were injured and all signed medical refusals with the medics.

MV #1 was traveling northbound on Chestnut St. when the operator of MV#3 turned southbound from the Bolyston St./Rt. 9 access road. This turn caused MV#1 to strike MV#3 which in turn caused MV#3 to collide with MV#2. MV#2 was turning westbound from Chestnut St. onto the Boylston St./Rt. 9 access road. MV#1 and MV#2 had extensive damage to their front ends and were towed away by Tody's Towing Service. MV#2 had minor damage to its front end and was able to be driven away from the scene. All three operators declined medical attention.
