Narrative:
The operator of MV#1 states that she was traveling east on Grove St in the area of #29 Grove St when MV#2, who was traveling westbound on Grove St crossed the center line and crashed into MV#1. The operator of MV#2 stated that she was traveling west on Grove St and had difficulty maneuvering the sharp curve, crossed the center line and crashed into MV#1. Operator #2 stated that her MV may have had some mechanical issues that prevented her from operating her MV just prior to the crash. Operator #1 transported to NWH with a wrist injury and operator #2 cited for crossing the center line.

Uninvolved owner of MV1 stated his vehicle was struck while parked between the hours of 1400-1700 hrs on Thursday 07/16/2020. No information could be provided about MV2. MV1 sustained moderate damage to the drivers side passenger door. No injuries. MV1 was not towed. Operator requested an accident report for insurance purposes.

MV 1 stated she was stopped at a red light when she was rear ended by MV 2 who fled the scene (no visible damage). MV 2 stated he did not get into an accident, and appeared to be confused about what we were talking about (no visible damage). Two witnesses confirmed MV 1's account of the incident. MV 2 was cited for unlicensed operation and leaving the scene of property damage. See incident report #20034517.

Narrative:
On July 17, 2020 at approximately 1651 hours, I responded to 36 Devonshire Rd for a report of a past hit and run. MV1 operator stated she was travelling EB on Washington St going to get onto the Mass Pike EB around 0821hours this morning when she was stopped at the red light. MV1 operator states MV2 was in front of her and put the vehicle in reverse and tried to back out around her when MV2s rear right bumber hit into MV1s left rear quarter panel. No injuries were reported or vehicles towed. I was unable to get into contact with MV2 operator at this time. I will follow up on my next tour of duty. *Update: 7/21/20 I contcted Weymouth PD to attempt contack with William O'Reilly at his residence. His vehicle was not in there and no answer at the door. But a note was left on his door to contact Newton PD when he gets home. I will continue to follow up with Mr. O'Reilly on my next tour of duty.
