Narrative:
On 1/21/21 I was working N493 when I responded to the area 450 Lexington St for a report of damage to city property from an MVA. Upon arrival I observed a parking sign that had been broken in half, Parking Meters that had been ripped from the ground and completely smashed, and 1 MA reg plate 8AH567. The plate came back to 398 Wolcott St. where I spoke to Dylan Crook. Crook stated he had been driving MA reg 8ah567 when he crashed and then went home. Crook stated he was distracted and reaching down to get something when he went off the road. Crook was given Ma unifrom citation T2080020 for 90/24/C Leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, which was explained to him. The city responded to clean up debris. ON 1-21-21 AT APPROX. 0919HRS. WHILE WORKING N492 I TOOK A REPORT FOR MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT. UPON ARRIVAL AT 1250 WASHINGTON ST. ( DUNKIN DONUTS LOT ) I SPOKE TO THE OWNER OF VEHICLE #1. OWNER STATES HE HAD PARKED HIS VEHICLE ON THE LOT AND WAS ENTERING 1250 WASHINGTON ST TO GET A COFFEE. WHILE ENTERING HE SAW VEHICLE #2 ENTER THE LOT QUICKLY AND HIT THE LEFT REAR OF HIS PARKED MOTOR VEHICLE PUSHING HIS TRUCK OUT OF THE PARKING STALL AND INTO A CEMENT WALL. OWNERS GIRLFRIEND ( CAROLINE FITZGERALD) WAS IN THE FRONT SEAT PASSENGER SIDE WHEN THE CRASH OCCURRED. I SPOKE TO THE OPERATOR OF VEHICLE #2. DRIVER STATES HE WAS ENTERING THE PARKING LOT AT 1250 WASHINGTON ST. WHEN THE ACCELERATOR ON HIS VEHICLE GOT STUCK IN ACCELERATE AND HE WAS UNABLE TO AVOID HITTING VEHICLE #1. VEHICLE #1 HAD REAR LEFT AND FRONT RIGHT DAMAGE. VEHICLE #1 WAS STILL OPERATIONAL. VEHICLE #2 HAD FRONT LEFT END DAMAGE AND WAS TOWED BY TODYS. ALL PARTIES REPORTED NO INJURIES. THE PASSENGER OF VEHICLE #1 AND THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE #2 WERE EXAMINED BY THE MEDICS AND SIGNED PATIENT REFUSALS. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY AT 1250 WASHINGTON ST. CLEARED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.

Operator of vehicle 1 stated she was traveling northbound on Centre St when vehicle 2 suddenly pulled out from Willow St attempting to turn left (southbound) onto Centre St striking her vehicle. Operator of vehicle 2 stated she was stopped on Willow St stopped at the stop sign. Operator 2 stated she saw vehicle 1 coming northbound on Centre but felt she had enough time to pull out. She then pulled out of Willow St and struck vehicle 1. Witness was in her vehicle behind vehicle 2 on Centre St. Witness stated she saw vehicle 1 traveling northbound on Centre and she did not appear to be traveling in excess speed or in an erratic manner. Witness said she saw vehicle 2 pull out quickly from the stop sign and strike vehicle 1. Neither operator reported any injuries. Vehicle 1 had minor damage and vehicle two had to be towed from the scene by AAA.

The operator of MV#1 stated that he was traveling south on Lexington St just past Commonwealth Ave when the passengers side rear of his MV was struck by MV#3. The force of the crash pushed MV#1 into oncoming north bound traffic and MV#1 struck MV#2. The operator of MV#2 stated that he was traveling north on Lexington St approaching Commonwealth Ave when his MV was struck by MV#1. The operator of MV#3 stated that she was parked in a parking spot on Lexington St just past Commonwealth Ave and was attempting to enter the south bound travel lane when her MV struck MV#1, which was pushed into MV#2. No injuries and MV#3 was towed from the scene at the owners request by Tody's.

Operator of MV1 was traveling northbound on Brookline Street passing Vine Street, when MV2 turned into her drivers side front end. MV1 had significant damage to the front end. Operator of MV2 was traveling southbound on Brookline Street was attempting to turn left onto Vine Street. She stated that there was a tractor trailer that turned left onto Brookline Street from Vine Street and she began to turn left as the trailer turned left. She then struck MV1. MV2 had significant front end damage as well as both side and front air bag deployment. The operator of MV1, as well as her two passengers were cleared by Fallon Ambulance and signed patient refusals. Operator of MV2 as well as her infant child, that was properly secured in an infant child seat, were also cleared by Fallon Ambulance with one patient refusal and one parental refusal. Engine 10 responded to clear up the fluids. Todys' Towing responded and removed both vehicles from the scene.

Operator of Motor Vehicle # 1 stated he was stopped at the red light in the left turn only lane Southbound on Winchester Street. Party stated a red Mazda 5 was taking a left turn onto Winchester street from Nahanton Street and drove on the wrong side of the road in the right turn only lane next to him and struck the rear panel on the passengers side causing minor damage. Operator of Motor Vehicle #1 stated that he attempted to stop Motor Vehicle #2 however the vehicle did not stop.. Operator of Motor Vehicle #1 stated he made a U-Turn and started following Motor Vehicle # 2 and called the Newton Police. Operator of Motor Vehicle # 2 stated that she did not realize that she hit Vehicle # 1 and was unaware that she drove on the wrong side of the road. Operator of Motor Vehicle # 2 was subsequently arrested for Operating Under the Influence with numerous other motor vehicle infractions. See report # 21003316 Motor Vehicle # 1 and 2 sustained minor damage. Motor Vehicle # 2 was towed by Todys's Towing at the location of Commonwealth Avenue and Avondale Road. (See repot # 21002695)

The operator of vehicle 1 stated she was sitting in traffic on Washington Street when vehicle 2 rear ended her. Vehicle 1 sustained minimal visual damage. The operator of vehicle 2 stated she was traveling East on Washington Street, she noticed vehicle 1 stopped in front of her and put on her brakes but it was too late and she crashed into the rear of vehicle 1. This caused major front end damage to vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 was towed from the scene.

Narrative:
On 1/21/21 at approximately 1950 hours, I responded to 2240 Commonwealth Ave for a car into a tree with entrapment. On arrival, I observed MA reg 457RC6 into a tree. Firefighters used jaws of life to gain access to the operator. Operator stated he was driving westbound and his windshield was fogging up and could not see. He stated that he saw the oncoming traffic and swerved and hit the tree. The operator suffered minor injuries and was transported to Mass General. The vehicle was towed by Todys.
