MV1 was traveling Northbound out of the parking lot and attempting to pull out Westbound onto Brandeis Rd. while MV3 was stopped in the Eastbound lane, allowing for MV1 to pull out. When MV1 pulled out they struck MV2 who was traveling Westbound on Brandeis Rd. MV1 subsequently hit MV3 from the impact. MV1 had damage to the front right of the vehicle and driver side door. MV2 had damage to the driver side door. MV3 had damage to the driver side door. There were no injuries and MV1 was towed from the scene. A towed MV form was completed and filed with NPD. Operator of MV1 was issued in hand MA Uniform Citation #T1447650 MGL Ch. 89/8 Failure to Yield to oncoming Traffic while attempting to turn left.
