Narrative:
On 6/28/2022 at approx 1049 Hrs while assigned to 497 I responded to Washington St at the 95N Off Rap for a report of a MV Crash. Upon arrival I met with Detail Officer Dennis Geary who stated he was working a road detail at that location. Ofc Geary stated he was waving Ma Reg 1030KV being operated by David Garfinkle from the 95N Off ramp, had attempted to direct the operator of Ma Con Reg P56159 being operated by Leopold Buttera, travelling WB on Washington St to move to the right travel lane but that Garfinkle misunderstood the gesture and pulled in front of Buttera causing damage to the front of Garfinkles car.

Narrative:
Opr of MV1 stated she was traveling west on Washington Street. While MV1 was traveling straight, MV2 attempted to make a right hand turn and made contact with MV1. Opr of MV1 stated MV2 was in the left travel lane and must have not seen MV1. The contact caused MV1 to get pushed onto the sidewalk. MV1 suffered minor damage to her left side. Opr of MV2 called her son, Jonathan Pierre (617-816-2305) to help translate. Opr of MV2 stated she was attempting to take a right hand turn onto Woodland Road. At this time, she did not see MV1 and made contact with the vehicle. Opr of MV2 stated she was in the right lane, but MV1 states the opposite. MV2 suffered minor damage to the front right of the vehicle. No tows and there were no reported injuries.

MV1 was travelling n/b on Crafts St when it struck a curb causing heavy front end damage. Operator was transported to Newton Wellesley Hospital for an evaluation. Operator was issued citation #T1448588 in hand charging him under: M.G.L. 90/24E Negligent Operation M.G.L. 90/24J OUI An immediate threat has been filed with MASSDOT. MV 1 was turning left out of the parking lot from 251 Waltham St. While making the turn, she struck MV 2s front on her left front side. The operator of MV 1 stated there were no cars coming when she first started to make the turn but she was unable to complete it before MV 2 struck her. MV sustained damage to her center front, under carriage, and left front. MV 1 was towed due to it being disabled. There were no injuries to the operator or passenger of MV 1. MV 2 was traveling straight northbound on Waltham St when MV 1 stuck his front side. MV 2 sustained minor damage to his front left and center front. There were no injuries to the operator of MV 2. MV 2 was driven away by the operator.

MV 1 was traveling straight Southbound on Parameter Rd. MV 1 struck MV 2 in its rear and rear left at 185 Parameter RD. MV 1 sustained major damage to it front right and right side. MV 1 also had front and side air bag deployment. MV 1 was towed by Tody's towing. The operator of MV 1 had no injuries and signed a refusal with Fallon medics. The operator of MV 1, Mr. David Brand, stated he was changing the radio station and not paying attention to the road when he crashed into MV 2. MV 2 was legally parked on the side of Parameter Rd at 185 Parameter Rd. MV 2 was unoccupied while legally parked. MV 1 struck MV 2 in its rear and left rear. MV 2 sustained major damage to the front left or left side and left rear. MV 2 was towed due to it being disabled.

The owner of Vehicle #1. Ms. Ivy Delaney, returned to her vehicle to find fresh damage to the rear driver's side bumper and quarter panel. The vehicle was parked in the Star Market parking lot at 33 Austin St. I spoke to the manager at Star Market in order to view the camera that faces the parking lot in an effort to possibly get a plate/description of the vehicle that struck Ms. Delaney's vehicle, however the manager refused to allow me to view the footage. I didn't push the issue, but instead asked that he view it, and notify me if he is able to get a description of the vehicle in question.
