On Tuesday, March 5th 2019, at 7pm, I, Officer Brooks, responded to 33 Walker street for a past hit and run. On my arrival I spoke with the operator of MV1(MA REG 28DG82), who stated his vehicle was struck at 3pm this afternoon in front of 1296 Washington street. His vehicle was alledgedly struck by a bus, unknown plate or company, that was traveling eastbound on Washington street. The bus casued the front drivers side quarter panel to be ripped from the vehicle. MV1 was towed by AAA.

Mv#1 operator was towing a disabled Mv (#2) with a dolly wheel trailer on Cummings Rd W/B. #1 turned right N/B going uphill on North St from Cummings. At that time, the safety chain broke free from the wheel attached to the trailer. #2 dislodged from the trailer and rolled down North St about 40-50ft over a small retaining wall and into the front edge of the residence at 66 Cummings Rd. Appears to be no damage to retaining wall, minimal damage to corner of house and some bushes in front of the house. No injuries. #2 was pulled away from the house with no further damage by Tody's using the ramp flat bed truck. Tody's towed #2 to their storage yard. Home owner was notified of damage.

Operator of Motor Vehicle #1 was sitting in his vehicle parked at a metered spot facing Westbound on Beacon Street. Operator of motor vehicle #1 stated that he felt the vehicle move and walked outside and noticed that the rear break light was smashed. Operator of Motor vehicle #1 stated that he stopped a Toyota Camry that he thought struck the vehicle however there was no damage to camry and the operator stated that he did not hit his vehicle. Operator of motor vehicle #1 stated he was unable to locate the vehicle that struck his car. I canvassed the surrounding businesses and all businesses had negative results for cameras outside that would be able to capture the hit and run.

On 09/27/2019 at 08:20 hours the owner of vehicle one stated that he witnessed an unknown yellow school bus sideswipe the driver's side mirror of his truck while it was parked in front of 344 Cherry St. Cherry St is a public way in the city of Newton. Owner of vehicle one stated that the school bus was driving north bound on Cherry St at the time of the crash and that it did not stop. Newton Public Schools dose not have any bus routes in the 300 block of Cherry St. The only city contracted school bus in the area GPS confirmed that it was not in the area of the crash.

The operator of MV#1 stated he was travelling southbound on Walnut St when he observed MV#3 pull out of the driveway of Walgrens (Located on 1101 Beacon St but the driveway goes out onto Walnut St), struck MV#2 who was travelling northbound, pushing MV#2 into MV#1. MV#1 is an MBTA bus. MV#1 sustained minor damages to its driver's side front bumper area. There were no reported injuries to the operator of MV#1 or its passengers. All of the passengers onboard of MV#1 left the area prior to my arrival except for 1. The operator of MV#2 stated she was travelling northbound on Walnut St when she was struck by MV#3, which in turn pushed MV#2 into MV#1. MV#2 sustained heavy front end damages with driver's side airbag deployment and heavy driver's side door panel damages. The operator of MV#2 sustained injuries to her neck and shoulders. She was transported by Newton Paramedics to Newton Wellesley Hospital. The operator of MV#2 had a small dog with her that was located in the front passenger seat. Newton Animal Control took possession of the dog and transport it to the veterinarian. It was reported that the dog sustained possible internal trauma. The operator of MV#3 stated he was pulling out of the driveway of Walgrens onto Walnut St and struck MV#2. The operator of MV#3 stated MV#2 was travelling at a high rate of speed. MV#3 sustained heavy front end damages. There were no reported injuries to the operator of MV#3. Tody's Towing took possession of MV#2 and MV#3. MBTA Police Officer Michael Bolotin arrived on scene and documented the accident (MBTA case #2020-5909). MBTA Officers took possession of MV#1. The City of Newton DPW's street sweeper cleaned the debris on the street.

DRIVER OF VEHICLE #3 STATES HER VISIBILITY WAS OBSTRUCTED BY A YELLOW BUS PARKED ON CRAFTS IN FRONT OF 29 CRAFTS ST. AS VEHICLE #3 ENTERED THE TRAFFIC LANE SHE HIT THE RIGHT SIDE OF VEHICLE #2. VEHICLE #1 HAD NO DAMAGE. VEHICLE #2 HAD A RIGHT SIDE FLAT TIRE AND POSSIBLE BROKEN AXLE. VEHICLE #2 WAS TOWED BY PERFECTION. VEHICLE #3 HAD EXTENSIVE FRONT END DAMAGE. VEHICLE #3 WAS OPERATIONAL AND DRIVER WAS TAKING IT TO A BODY SHOP. ALL PARTIES REPORTED NO INURIES. ALL PARTIES ADVISED TO CONTACT THEIR INSURANCE COMPANIES. CLEARED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT

On September 13, 2021 at approximately 17:32 hours I responded to the parking lot of Bloomingdales, 225 Boylston St for a report of a hit and run. I spoke with the operator of MV1 who said that she was traveling northbound on the parking lot roadway off of Boylston St by Bloomingdales Men's Store. MV1 was stopped at the stop sign when she observed what she believes to be a newer Mercedes SUV turn right onto the roadway and crash into the rear of her vehicle. MV1 exited her vehicle to try and get the driver's attention but the operator continued driving away. The operator of MV1 said that an MBTA bus was at the bus stop and saw the incident but was gone on my arrival. I was unable to locate any cameras in the area facing the crash location.

Narrative:
MV1 was making a delivery to Trader Joes with a 3-axle truck/trailer when he began to back his trailer into the business' driveway he heard an unusual sound. He did not see any vehicles in his rear view while he was backing but saw MV2 had collided with his trailer at the loading jack. MV2 stated that they were heading into work at 25 Armory St when they noticed a tractor trailer parked. MV2 went around the trailer when he felt it was safe to do so and stated that all of the sudden the trailer began backing and he couldn't get out of the way. MV2 operator stated he beeped his horn repeatedly. No injuries and both vehicles were operable. MV1 had no damage while MV2 had damage to its front hood.
