Narrative:
MV2 operator stated that she and the operator of MV1 were both in a road rage incident, operating eastbound on Washington St prior to Centre St at approximately 1910 hours. MV2 operator stated before she attempted to merge left, MV1 purposefully cut her off by merging right in front of her, and slammed on the breaks. Because MV1 slammed on the breaks by merging right, MV2 operator stated she struck the rear of MV1. MV2 operator reported no injuries at this time, and MV2 sustained minor front driver side hood and front driver side headlight damage. MV2 operator stated she believed MV1 may have sustained damage. MV1 operator stated he did not think he was involved in a motor vehicle accident. However, MV1 operator reported a road rage incident at that time and area, and stated he did recall MV2 taking up to travel lanes. MV1 reported no injuries at this time and upon looking at his vehicle, only reported very minor paint transfer. Please see incident report #21014753.

Narrative:
On Wednesday 5/19/2021 at approx 1054hrs, while assigned to N498, I responded to the intersection of Christina St and Needham St for a single vehicle crash into a utility pole. Upon arrival I observed the operator of MV1, Adrienna Peter, crying hysterically and blood coming down from her forehead. As Fallon medics rendered aid, Peter explained that her dog Louis was just hit by a car ( See incident report #21023641). Needham Lt. John McGrath, who was working a detail nearby stated that an officer had already transported the dog to Veterinary Emergency Group at 165 Needham St where Peter was attempting to go. Peter stated that she was traveling EB on Oak St, attempted to take a left onto Needham St. She said that she lost control and collided with a utility pole. I observed no visible damage to the utility pole. Peter was transported to Newton Wellesley Hospital.

Narrative:
Motor vehicle 1 (MV1) was traveling westbound on Commonwealth Avenue when motor vehicle 2 (MV2), which was traveling southbound on Washington Street, went through the red light and crashed into the passengers side of MV1. It should be noted that a black sedan (MV3) was just involved in a road rage incident and a subsequent chase with MV2, as the occupant of MV3 apparently threatened to shoot and kill the operator of MV2 (See Incident Report #21024248). As a result of the crash MV1 sustained significant passengers side damage, while MV2 sustained significant front end damage. It is unclear if MV3 was involved in the crash or sustained any damage.

Narrative:
-MV#1 was traveling north when OpMv#1 drove off the roadway and onto the exterior wall of 717 Centre Street. OpMv#1 then left the scene. -Wit#1 stated he heard the crash, he came outside his house and he discovered Mv#1 on the wall surrounding the property. He next stated that OpMv#1 told him that he fell asleep behind the wheel. He stated the OpMv#1 called someone to make arrangements to be picked up. He stated a few minutes later he observed OpMv#1 get into an SUV, leaving the scene and the vehicle mounted on the wall without leaving any information. -OpMv#1 came to the station later that morning and stated he was in an argument with his girlfriend and went for a drive. He stated he had worked all day, fell asleep behind the wheel, got scared, so, he left the scene of the collision and the vehicle behind. -Upon my arrival on the scene I observed Mv#1 off the roadway, over the sidewalk and mounted on the property wall outside of 717 Centre Street. I conducted an inspection of the vehicle and I observed the vehicle was unlocked, there were no passengers in the vehicle, the registration was on the passenger seat and I did not observe any damage to the ignition which may indicate to the car being stolen. After the vehicle was removed by Tody's Towing, I observed the stones on the wall had been shifted and many stone broken off from the cement. I took pictures of the damages to both Mv#1 and the adjacent property. -Mv#1 was towed from the scene by Tody's and OpMv#1 was cited and will be summonsed to court for Leaving the Scene of Property Damage.
