Narrative:
The OP. of MV#1 stated she was having pain issues and was driving herself to the hospital. While travelling southbound on Chestnut Street., pain suddenly hit her and she lost control of her vehicle. MV#1 struck the fence of 414 Chestnut Street, along with some shrubbery and rocks. The OP. of MV#1 refused the medics but was still feeling pain not related to the accident. A family member of the Operator was on scene and drove the Operator to Beth Israel Needham because that's their preferred facility.

Narrative:
MV1 was driving westbound on Nahanton St when it crossed the median and struck a Beth Israel Hospital sign at the intersection of Wells Ave and Nahanton St. MV1 then continued on Nahanton St crossing back over the median before colliding with a Verizon utility pole at the intersection of Nahanton St and Winchester St. The passenger of MV1 stated the operator of MV1 had a diabetic episode behind the wheel. Due to the medical episode I was unable to speak to the operator of MV1. The operator of MV1 was transported to Beth Israel Hospital. MV1 was towed from the scene by Todys.

Narrative:
Newton Police and Fire were dispatched to Lowell Ave. at Washington St. for a reported motor vehicle collision with minor injury. Upon arrival, Ofc. observed MV#1 stopped, facing northbound in the southbound lane of Lowell Ave. Damage was observed to MV#1's front bumper. The operator of MV#1 was still in the operator's position within the vehicle and was requesting medical attention for a medical emergency. Fire and Medical personal tended to the operator of MV#1 prior to transporting her to a local hospital. MV#2, which had been moved out of the roadway prior to officer arrival had heavy damage to its front end and needed to be removed by Tody's Tow service. The operator of MV#2 was not injured. Witness's to collision reported MV#1 "rolled" through intersection and collided "head on" with MV#2. MV#2 stated he was stopped, attempting to cross southbound through intersection, when he observed MV#1 proceed towards him, colliding "head on" into front of his vehicle.
