Narrative:
On 07/24/19 at 08:06 hours, I responded to a two car motor vehicle accident at Dedham and Parker Streets with no reported injuries. Operator of MV1 was stopped at the stop sign on Parker Street (SB) at Dedham Street waiting to take a left turn on to Dedham Street. That is when he was struck in his rear end by MV2. MV1 sustained moderate damage to the rear bumper and hatch area but it was still driveable. Operator of MV2 states she was behind MV1 on Parker Street but did not see that vehicle in front of her. She states she was also attempting to take a left turn on to Dedham Street. She then started to accelerate and struck MV1 in the rear end. I observed moderate damage to the entire front bumper and grille but mainly to the driver's side. The owner decided to have the vehicle privately towed after on Howe Road. Operator was issued MA Uniform Citation # T1445344 for Newton City Ordinance 19-75 Failure to use care in starting and stopping.

Narrative:
MV1 was travelling behind MV2 when he attempted to pass her in a no passing zone. As he attempted to cross back to the correct side of the road MV1 made contact with the front drivers side of MV2. MV2 was travelling WB on Commonwealth ave when MV1 attempted to pass her and she was struck as he entered back into her lane. Operator 1 states operator 2 was making obscene gestures at him and he was attempting to separate himself from the situation and that is why he attempted to pass where it was illegal. Operator 2 states MV1 was tailgating her for approximately 3 blocks when she threw her hands up in the air and he then attempted to pass her. MV1 sustained minor rear end damage. MV2 sustained moderate front end damage. Both vehicles driven from the scene and no injuries were reported. Operator 1 issued MA Uniform Citation #T1445050 for marked lane violation.

Narrative:
Vehicle 2 was stopped at the red light on Chestnut St at Elliot St, facing northbound. Vehicle 1 was travelling eastbound on Elliot St, and turning right onto Chestnut St. The front drivers side of vehicle 1 struck the middle driver's side of vehicle 2, while making the turn. Vehicle 1 fled the scene, while vehicle 2 chased after them to Williams St. Once on scene, I observed moderate damage to the front drivers side of vehicle 1, and moderate damage to the center drivers side of vehicle 2. No one was inured due to the accident. No vehicles towed.

Narrative:
Operator 1 of MV 1 was traveling EB on Homer St. Operator 1 crossed the double yellow line, across the roadway and struck parked MV2. Upon further investigation (see incident #21021174) operator 1 was charged with c90s24 OUI Liquor, c90s24 Negligent Operation of a MV and c89s4A Marked Lanes Violation. Operator 1 was transported to the NWH for his minor injuries. MA Citation T2012681 to be mailed to Operator 1. Major damage to MV1 and was towed by todys towing. MV2 was parked on the side of the road at 85 Homer St when MV1 collided with the front of MV2. Moderate damage to MV2. MV2 was towed by Todys towing.
