Operator of vehicle one stated that he lost control of his motorcycle near 549 Crafts St due to wet road surface conditions. Operator of vehicle one stated that his motorcycle hit the cub causing him to be thrown from his bike. Operator of vehicle one was transported via EMS to the Beth Israel Hospital in Boston for treatment for a broken leg. Vehicle one was towed by Tody's towing and I filled out a motor vehicle form. Photos of the crash scene and motorcycle were taken and the disk was download by the NPD's It Bureau.

On 10/16/19 at 2338 I responded to the area of 15 Needham St for a report of a single vehicle accident with the car into a pole and no one inside the vehicle. Upon arrival MA Reg 7TM878 was facing SW on Needham St leaned up against a telephone pole (#2) with heavy front end damage. Units searched the area for the operator and Officer Keefe located the party in the McDonalds up the street. The operator of MV#1 stated he was turning right onto Needham St from Winchester St when his power steering locked and he couldn't redirect his truck away from the curb and telephone pole. He further stated he left his truck because it was raining and his door wouldn't close. Medics responded to evaluate the operator, who signed a patient refusal. Tody's towing responded and towed the vehicle.

MV 1 was traveling north on Chestnut St when she slid into the curb striking a USPS post mail box and stop sign. The operator of MV 1 lost control of the vehicle due to inclimate weather and slid into the side of the road striking the objects. The operator was not injured by the crash. Pictures of the mailbox and stop sign were taken and passed into the Newton Police IT department. The vehicle was towed due to it being disabled on a public way. A towed motor vehicle inventory sheet was filled out and filed. Postal police was notified of the downed box.

MV1 was traveling westbound on Central Street and lost control due to the snow on the road. MV1 swerved off the road and drove through a snow bank and traveled through the fence in front of 230 Central Street. Operator of MV1 stated he saw a parked car on the right hand side of the road too late which caused him to swerve. The owner of 230 Central Street, Barbara Sullivan, was notified about the damage to the fence in the front of her building. No injuries were sustained during the crash.

On Monday, May 31, 2021 at approximately 00:40hrs I, Officer Daly, along with Officer Kayla Donahue responded to a motor vehicle accident. We found the vehicles on Washington Street by Park Street. Upon arrival I observed both of the involved motor vehicles pulled off to the side of Washington Street by Park Street. I spoke with the operator of MV1 who said he was stopped at the red light when he was hit from behind by MV2. I spoke with the operator of MV2 who said she was traveling Eastbound on Washington Street traveling approximately 20mph. Operator of MV2 said she began pressing down on her breaks due to the red light but said her car continued to slide and would not stop. Operator of MV2 said it was at this point her car collided with MV1. It should be noted it was raining throughout the day and it drizzling at the time of the accident causing the roadways to be wet and slippery. Both MV1 and MV2 were towed away from the scene by Tody's. Both of the operators retrieved their valuables from their vehicles prior to the vehicles being towed away. Both of the operators did not sustain any injuries. The passenger of MV1 began feeling ill while on scene and was transported to Newton Wellesley Hospital by Fallon Medics.

MV#1 was traveling south on Centre St. MV#2 was traveling north on Centre St. MV#2 crossed the double yellow lines and crashed into MV#1. Operator of MV#1 stated that he while he was traveling south on Centre St, he observed MV#2 cross the lines and strike him. Operator of MV#2 stated that while he was traveling north on Centre St, he lost control of his vehicle. Operator of MV#2 stated he lost control due to the heavy rain fall that was occurring. Operator of MV#2 stated that after he lost control of his vehicle, he crashed into MV#1. Both parties signed a patient refusal with medics. Both vehicles were towed off scene by Todys.

ON 11-27-21 AT APPROX. 1052HRS. WHILE WORKING N492 I TOOK A REPORT FOR MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT. UPON ARRIVAL AT 1049 WASHINGTON ST. I SPOKE TO THE OPERATOR OF VEHICLE #1. DRIVER STATES HE WAS TRAVELING W-BOUND ON WASHINGTON ST. HE STATES VEHICLE #2 PULLED IN FRONT OF HIM CUTTING HIM OFF AND IN AN EFFORT TO AVOID HITTING HER HE STRUCK A UTILITY POLE IN FRONT OF 1049 WASHINGTON ST. VEHICLE #2 STATES SHE WAS DRIVING E-BOUND ON WASHINGTON ST ATTEMPTING TO TURN LEFT ONTO EDDY ST. DRIVER STATES SHE SAW VEHICLE #1 APPROACHING BUT HE WAS FAR ENOUGH AWAY FOR HER TO TURN LEFT. DRIVER #2 STATES VEHICLE #1 SPED UP AS SHE WAS TURNING AND SWERVED LEFT AVOIDING HITTING HER AND WENT ACROSS THE E-BOUND LANE EVENTUALLY STOPPING WHEN HE CRASHED INTO THE UTILITY POLE IN FRONT OF 1049 WASHINGTON ST. VEHICLE #1 HAD EXTENSIVE FRONT END DAMAGE AND FRONT AIRBAG DEPLOYMENT. VEHICLE #2 HAD NO DAMAGE AND WAS NOT INVOLVED IN THE ACCIDENT. BOTH PARTIES REPORTED NO INJURIES. DRIVER #1 WAS EVALUATED BY MEDICS AND SIGNED A PATIENT REFUSAL. VEHICLE #1 WAS TOWED BY TODYS. ALL PARTIES ADVISED TO CONTACT THEIR INSURANCE COMPANIES. THE UTILITY POLE AT 1049 WASHINGTON ST WAS CUT IN HALF AS A RESULT OF THE CRASH. THE BOTTOM HALF WAS ON THE GROUND. THE TOP HALF WAS AIRBORNE AND HELD UP BY THE ATTACHED WIRES.EVERSOURCE ARRIVED ON SCENE TO FIX THE POLE. DRIVER OF VEHICLE #1 STATED HE DID NOT HAVE A LICENSE AND OFFERED ME A BRAZILIAN PASSPORT. I CITED THE DRIVER ( CITATION NUMBER# T2080809 ) FOR 90/10 UNLICENSED OPERATOR. DRIVER GIVEN CITATION IN HAND. I FILED FOR A CRIMINAL APPLICATION FOR THE OFFENSE. CLEARED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. WASHINGTON ST IS A PUBLIC WAY IN THE CITY OF NEWTON.
