The operator of MV1 stated he parked Northbound facing Kenrick St. in the driveway of the golf course across from the club house at approximately 0600 hrs. When the operator returned to his vehicle at 0730 hrs, there was minor front drivers side damage. There is no other vehicle information at this time, and no cameras in the area.

The operator of Vehicle #1 stated that he was attempting to pull out of a spot in the parking lot at 237 Watertown St when Vehicle #2 passed in front of his vehicle as she was attempting to leave her spot. Vehicle #1 was parked on the right side of the road and was unoccupied at the time of the crash. Vehicle #2 was attempting to parallel park behind Vehicle #1 and struck Vehicle #1 in the left rear with the right rear of Vehicle #2. A witness stated they watched Vehicle #2 hit Vehicle #1 in the attempt to park and then drove off after the accident leaving no information. The Witness left a note with Vehicle #2's information along with his information in regards to the accident. Vehicle #1 had moderate damage to the left rear and left side. Vehicle #2's damage is unknown at this time. I attempted to contact the owner of Vehicle #2 via the Boston Police with negative results. I was able to contact a relative of Vehicle #2 who refused to give me the drivers information but stated he would pass the message along to the driver. Ms.CORIOLAN, Roodline contacted me back and stated she was involved in an minor accident while attempting to park but stated there was no to little damage done. Ms. CORIOLAN was advised of the accident report that was filed. I contacted the owner of Vehicle#1 and advised him that I obtained all of Vehicles #2's information and informed him that it would all be in the accident report.

The OP. of MV#1 states he was in a parking space and trying to correct his position within the lines. He pulled out and then when he was about to drive forward, MV#2 suddenly reversed into him. The OP. of MV#2 states she was exiting the parking lot due to it being full. As she was driving forward, MV#1 pulled out of a spot and collided into her. There is supposedly a witness by the name of Jean Charles working for VPNE Valet that observed the accident. He has left for the day and does not have a cell phone or a house phone. Manager on duty states only corporate headquarters 617-451-1393 has information on him. I checked with hospital security for surveillance footage and observed MV#2 passing MV#1. MV#1 then started backing out of his space but MV#2 started reversing. Both vehicles ended up colliding with each other at an angle. Director of Public Safety Ashley will make footage available at insurance request. 617-243-6478 (Footage starts around 2:41PM)

On 11/26/19 at 14:11 hours, I responded to Newton South High School located at 140 Brandeis Road for a two car motor vehicle accident involving a school transport van for the City of Newton and another vehicle. No injuries were reported. The road conditions at the time were dry and the weather was a mix of sun and clouds. Traffic conditions were heavy due to the release of school at the time. Operator of MV# 1 states he was operating straight ahead eastbound on Brandeis Road awaiting the backed up traffic in front of him that was entering the right roundabout for the main entrance to the high school. While doing so, he states that MV # 2 came up and passed him on the left to go around the traffic. MV # 2 then clipped his vehicle on the driver's side front quarter panel while passing him. I observed no visible damage to the quarter panel area and scuff marks to the left front rim which possibly were from the accident. Operator of MV # 2 states she was also operating straight ahead eastbound on Brandeis Road awaiting the backed up traffic in front. She states that once there was an opening in the roadway ahead of her, she signaled her left directional and started to pass traffic on the left. While doing so, she says that MV # 1 suddenly pulled out to the left without signaling and struck her vehicle on the front passenger side. I observed minor scuff marks to the front passenger quarter panel area and slight damage to the metal grate footstep on the passenger side. The operator was also transporting two students for the City of Newton through JSC Transportation Services at the time. Both students attend Newton South High School. The OP. of MV#1 was responding to a cardiac arrest emergency call. She was backing into an area close to the front door for the ease of loading patients. Emergency lights and back-up alarm were all in use. She didn't expect a vehicle to be illegally parked at a certain area while she was backing up, and also didn't see observe any lights on that vehicle. That's when MV#1 collided into the rear of MV#2. MV#2 was parked near the front door in order to help an elderly party out of the car and into the building. The owner, who was also the driver of MV#2 was not inside the vehicle when the crash occurred. Inside MV#2 were two passengers waiting for the owner to come back. Pictures were taken and left with IT Bureau.

Operator of MV1 stated between the hours of 2000 and 2200 his MV was struck, causing minor damage to his driver side mirror. Operator of MV1 stated he was not in the vehicle at the time and is unknown who had struck his mirror. MV1 was parked in the YMCA parking lot at the time of the accident. I was not able to speak with staff at the YMCA to see if they're cameras because it was closed.
