On 04/25/2019, at 1753 hrs, I responded to 193 Adams St for a two car MVA. Upon arrival, I observed MV1 to have front passenger side damage and MV2 to have rear passenger side damage. The operator of MV1 stated she was attempting to take a left turn out of her driveway and had difficulty seeing due to parked cars. She then collided with MV2 who was traveling northbound on Adams St. The operator of MV2 stated she was traveling northbound on Adams St when MV1 pulled out of a driveway and they collided. No injuries were reported and both vehicles were driven from the scene.

The operator of MV#1 stated that she was traveling east on Adams Ave in the area of #125 when all of a sudden a large piece of construction equipment entered the roadway from #125 Adams Ave and struck the roof/windshield of her MV. The operator of MV#2 stated that he was attempting to load the Lull onto the flatbed parked on the street by exiting the construction site located at #125 Adams Ave. According to operator #2, as he was entering the roadway MV#1 attempted to go underneath the fork at the front of the Lull and made contact with the fork. Operator #2 may have had his view obstructed by his large truck parked to the left of the exit when he was entering the roadway.

On 12/9/2019 at approx 0753hrs while assigned to 497 I responded to the area of Commonwealth Av and Temple St for a report of a 2 car collision w/o injury. Upon arrival I observed Ma Reg 692NB8 pulled to the side with flashers on in front of 1650 Commonwealth Av. i spoke with the operator Kai CHEN who stated he was stopped in traffic in front of 1650 Commonwealth Av when the white mini van Ma Reg 7ZB211 backed out of the driveway at 1650 Commonwealth Av striking his car. I spoke with the operator of the mini van , James MURPHY who stated he was backing out of the driveway and did not see CHEN colliding with his car.

The front of Vehicle #1 struck Vehicle #2 on the passenger side rear door and wheel well. MV1 was pulling out of Enterprise Rent-a-car and signaled to make a LEFT turn. Two vehicles stopped in tandem for him in the right side westbound lane. He proceeded into the lane of traffic when MV2 collided with him from the left side westbound lane. MV1 stated that his front end was already in that left side westbound lane and he was in the middle of completing the turn when MV2 collided with him not paying attention to him or the two cars stopped for him. MV2 stated that he had a clear lane of travel and proceeded and MV1 came out of nowhere.

Operator of MV1 (MA Reg 130AXN) stated her vehicle was parked legally in front of 5 Taft Ave when she observed a white pickup truck swipe the side of her vehicle. Operator of MV2 (MA CON V97640) stated he was traveling EB on Taft ave when he approached vehicles parked on both sides of the street. Operator stated as he attempted to squeeze through the vehicles the dumpster attached to the truck caught the rear Driver's side panel. MV1 was unoccupied at this time and sustained minor damage. MV2 had no damage. No injuries reported at the scene and both vehicles are able to operate safely.

Operator of MV1 said he was traveling south bound on Adams street and a vehicle traveling north bound had it's high beams on. Operator of MV1 said this caused him to pull quickly to the right and he could not see initially. Operator of MV1 said he struck MV2 which was parked in front of 195 Adams Street. MV1 had damage to the front passenger bumper. MV2 had damage to the rear driver side bumper. There were no injuries and MV1 was towed away by Tody's. Owner of MV2 arranged for his vehicle to be towed privately. A towed motor vehicle form was filled out and placed in its proper location.

Vehicle 1 was waiting in southbound traffic at the traffic light for the intersection of Woodward St and Boylston St when the operator realized he was in the wrong turn lane. Vehicle 1 then attempted to reverse to give him room between him and the vehicle in front of him so he could change lanes, however he did not notice Vehicle 2 waiting in traffic behind him. Vehicle 1 then backed into Vehicle 2, causing minor damage to the rear bumper of Vehicle 1 and significant damage to the front end of Vehicle 2. Both operators gave similar accounts.
