Narrative:
On 03/12/2019, while assigned to WN, I, Officer Conary, met with DRAGAT, who wanted to report a motor vehicle accident have occurred on 03/04/2019. MV1 was parked behind 25 Oak Street in a parking stall. MV2 with a plow attached hit MV1 right rear bumper while plowing the snow. Witness, RAYMOND, asked the plow driver if they wanted MV1 moved before the accident and they said no. RAYMOND saw MV2 hit MV1. DRAGAT did not get the information from the operator or passenger of MV2. Operator of MV2 told her to contact the owner of the MV2, who was the operator's boss. DRAGAT said that she notified her insurance and the owner PADILLAGONZALES. DRAGAT said PADILLAGONZALES failed to give more information regarding the incident and DRAGAT's insurance advised her to file a police report. DRAGAT said that her insurance and PADILLAGONZALES's insurance have been in contact with one another. I attempted to call PADILLAGONZALES with negative results. DRAGAT is going to update her insurance. No further incident to report.

Narrative:
At approximately 1645HRs on Tuesday, 01/07/2020, I was dispatched to 325 Boylston St. (Sunoco Gas) for a report of a hit and run motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival, I spoke with the operator of MV1 (MA Veteran:J706), who stated that as he sat stationary in his vehicle just before entering pump: 3, MV2 backed up from pump: 1 and struck MV1 in the front bumper, despite him activating his horn and keeping it active as she continued to back up. The operator of MV1 then approached the driver's side door of MV2 to exchange information, however the operator of MV2 drove off; the operator of MV1 provided MA Pass: 8SV842 being attached to MV2 and I noted damage to the front bumper of MV1. I spoke to witness 1 via phone and he concurred with the operator of MV1's account of the incident. It should be noted that witness 1 could see the crash well from his vantage point by pump: 2. The operator of MV2 could not be reached by this officer for comment. Natick PD responded to the operator of MV2's residence and observed damage to MV2's rear bumper. They requested the operator of MV2 contact me via phone and she stated she would; Natick PD did not get a contact number for her. Natick PD informed us to expect her call and a few minutes later, dispatcher Kelly stated that she received a call from the operator of MV2, who immediately hung up once the call was answered. It should be noted that since she called on the business line and immediately hung up, we were not able to retrieve her phone number as the system does not store it. Due to the operator of MV2 failing to provide her information after the crash/fleeing the scene and her not being cooperative with my investigation, I have issued her by mail MA Criminal Citation:T2013367 for violating one count of MGL. Ch. 90 S. 24 (Leaving The Scene Of An Accident After Property Damage). Note: the clerk at Sunoco stated that the cameras at the pumps do not store footage. **Update** At approximately 1540HRs on Thursday, 01/07/2020, I spoke with the operator of MV2 via telephone. She contacted the Newton Police Traffic Bureau and provided her phone number, who in turn forwarded it to me. She stated to me that on the night in question, she was at the pumps and the pump she initially wished to use (pump: 1) had a sign on it to pay inside. She then elected not to use said pump and backed her car up and heard the operator of MV1 activate his horn. She stopped and was unaware that she struck MV1. When she saw the operator of MV 1 exit his vehicle, she assumed he was going to pump gas. She then stated she left the gas station because she was frustrated and did not intend to leave the scene of an accident. I advised the operator of MV2 that since I was unable to speak with her that night, I had already issued her MA Criminal Citation:T2013367 for violating one count of MGL. Ch. 90 S. 24 (Leaving The Scene Of An Accident After Property Damage) via mail and advised her how to proceed.

Narrative:
On 7/24/21, Newton Police were dispatched to the Dunkin Donuts parking lot (138 Needham St.) for a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, MV#1 was observed wedged, facing southbound inside the parking space between MV#2 and MV#3 with heavy front end damage. MV#2 was observed with damage to its rear end, while MV#3 had apparent damage to its driver side passenger door and side panel. Both MV#2 and MV#3 were parked, unoccupied prior to the collision. The operator of MV#1 stated she was reversing out of her parking space across the parking lot, when her brakes malfunctioned causing her to strike MV#2 before striking MV#3.The operator of MV#1 reported no injuries. Damage to all vehicles were consistent with MV#1 reversing into MV#2's rear end before striking MV#3's driver side. MV#1 was towed away by Tody's Towing, while MV#2 and MV#3 were able to be driven from the scene.

Narrative:
On 04/19/2022@1324 hrs. I responded to 2014 Washington St/Newton Wellesley Hospital (E.R.Entrance) for a report of a MVA. On scene I spoke with Alexi Martin MA OLN#S30269628 owner of MA Reg. 1AND24; 2021 Toyt/RAV4 color green (V1). Martin's parked vehicle was backed into by MA Reg. 8844NO; 2016 Toyt/COR color black (V2). Owner of V2 is Jane Lindenbaum MA OLN#S71524093. V2 operated by Lindenbaum backed into V1 which was parked and unoccupied. V1 was parked by NWH Valet Jerome Saint Luc (Valet Co. is VPNE). Saint Luc witnessed the collision and stopped Lindenbaum. He informed her that she hit a parked vehicle as she backed up. Saint Luc informed me that Lindenbaum stated she did not hit the car and proceeded on her way. On scene I also spoke with VPNE Manager Jean Emmanuel Pierre-Canal (857)472-8269. I advised him that Saint Luc was not involved in the MVA but he did witness the collision. I checked with NWH Public Safety and reviewed video surveillance footage which captured the collision. The video did confirm the collision and Saint Luc stopping and speaking with Lindenbaum. Further follow up on this incident to be conducted.as I have not made contact with Jane Lindenbaum. I have left a VM message on a phone number believed to be hers.
