On February 1st, 2021 at approximately 07:53 hours while assigned to N491 I responded to MV crash in front of #41 Bridge St. On my arrival I observed a large white box style truck crashed into a gray SUV both vehicles with extensive damage blocking the street completely. I first identified the operator of the box truck, Maurizio Didonna. The truck belonged to Russo's & Sons out of Pleasant St Watertown Ma. Mr Didonna reported driving S/B on Bridge St when he temporarily got distracted before crashing into a parked vehicle in front of #41 Bridge St. The owner of the parked vehicle was not on scene but a male construction worker who was building a new house at #41 Bridge St identified the vehicles owner as Jose Ramirez. He was able to make contact with him and informed him about the accident. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. One by Todys. Russo's & Sons truck was towed by Pro Tech out of Watertown. Mr Didonna had a minor injury but refused any medical treatment. Note:The parked SUV had a lot of construction equipment in the rear but was removed by the construction workers from the job site at #41 Bridge St. The parked car was affiliated with the construction site. The vehicles owner was notified to where his vehicle was being towed to. .

The operator of MV#1 stated that he was traveling west on Washington St approaching #1479 Washington St when MV#2, who was traveling to the left of MV#1 and traveling in the same direction, drifted into his lane of travel and crash occurred. The operator of MV#2 stated that she was also traveling west on Washington St directly to the left of MV#1 when crash occurred. Operator #2 stated that she thought she was in her lane of travel the entire time. No injuries, no citations.

The operator of MV#1 stated that she was attempting to exit #1946 Washington St. and that her MV was stopped at the red light to enter Washington St when her MV was struck by MV#2. MV#2 was traveling east on Washington St and attempting to turn right into #1946 Washington St when his MV began to slide on the new snow on the roadway and struck MV#1. No injuries, no tows.

The operator of MV#1 stated that he was traveling south on Rowe St approaching Commonwealth Ave when MV#2 slid on the new snow cover road and crashed into MV#1. The operator of MV#2 stated that he has just turned onto Rowe St from Commonwealth Ave when his MV slid on the snow covered road into MV#1. No injuries, no tows.

Narrative:
I responded to the area of Varick Rd@Quinobequin Rd. on 02/09/2021 at approx. 1106 hrs for a report of a past MVA/HR. I arrived in the area and was flagged down by vehicle owner De-Souza, Fernanda MA OLN#S64319275. She was with her vehicle MA Reg. 7115ZS; 2016 Niss/Murano color Red. The vehicle was parked on Varick Rd. directly in front of #164 Varick Rd. The vehicle had visible damage all along the drivers side which was facing the street. The vehicle appeared to have been sideswiped (probably by a plow truck). According to De-Souza the vehicle was parked unoccupied since approximately 0900 hrs to present. The MVA was unwitnessed and as of the time of this report no witnesses have been identified. The vehicle sustained body damage along the full length of the drivers side. The vehicle did not require towing service. De-Sousza has been advised to contact her insurance co. and a MVA report would be documented.

Operator of vehicle 1 states she was traveling westbound on Beacon St and came to a full stop and turned on her left directional to turn into the service station at #732 Beacon St. While waiting to make the left turn she was struck from behind by vehicle 2 and jolted forward and to the left head on into a tree in front of #732 Beacon St. Operator of vehicle 2 states she was traveling westbound on Beacon St and did not see vehicle 1 stopped in front of her until it was to late and rear ended her vehicle. Both operators were seen by medics and signed patient refusals. Both vehicles were towed from the scene by Todys Towing.
