Narrative:
Homeowners at #289 Cherry St., identified as Midge Connolly and Walter Devine called NPD to report that a delivery truck had driven on their property causing damage. On arrival I observed significant damage to the property at #289 Cherry St along the Upham St side of the property. Damage included the lawn, bushes between the driveway and Upham St, a tree and barrels. I then spoke with the operator of MV#1 who stated that while trying to back his truck into the driveway at #297 Cherry St, which is actually located on Upham St, he backed over the property at #289 Cherry St causing the damage listed above. No injuries, no tows and I took a few photographs of the damage to the property at #289 Cherry St.

Oper V1 stated she was traveling west on Washington Street in the middle lane with her left turn signal activated, to turn into 320 Washington Street entrance ( Four Points Hotel). She stated while turning left, V2 sped up and had contact with V2. Oper V2 stated he was traveling west on Washington Street in the left lane, he observed V1 with signal on but her vehicle turned into his vehicle in his lane. There was no reported injuries, both vehicles were towed by Todys towing. All parties advised of accident reporting process.

Narrative:
On 7/7/2021, at 0908 hrs, Newton Police responded to the area of Beacon St. and Paulson Rd. for a motor vehicle accident involving two vehicles. Upon arrival, MV#1 was observed with significant damage to the front driver side bumper as well as the front driver side wheel well. MV#2 had minor damage to its passenger side rear bumper. The operator of MV#1 stated she was stopped on Beacon St. by the entrance to Paulson Rd. waiting for the light at Beethoven Ave. to turn from red to green. The operator of MV#1 stated she was stopped behind several vehicles. As the light turned green, MV#1 accelerated and collided into MV#2 which was attempting to go around her in order to turn northbound onto Paulson Rd. from Beacon St. The operator of MV#2 stated he believed MV#1 was "parked" on Beacon St.which resulted in his decision to cross over the double yellow center lane, go around MV#1 and turn onto Paulson Rd. A witness to this collision indicated to police that the operator of MV#2 crossed over the double yellow center lane in an attempt to go around MV#1, which resulted in the collision. The operator of MV#2 was issued MA Uniform Citation T2014489 for: Mgl Ch. 89 Sec. 4A - Marked Lanes Violation. No injuries were reported and both vehicles were driven away from the scene.

Narrative:
On Monday, July 12th 2021, at approximately 5:24pm, I, Officer Brooks, responded to the parking lot of the Barn, 229 Walnut street, for a car accident. I spoke with the owner of MV1(MA REG 9937PH), who stated she had been parked here all day, and when she came out to her car there was a note on the windshield stating "Sorry i hit your car, foot slipped on wet". Her vehicle sustained damage to the drivers side front bumper. The note contained the license plate for MV2 (MA REG 54542), and the registered owners name. Dispatch attempted to reach her by phone but was unable to speak with her. MV2 was still on scene and parked in front of MV1. MV2 had minor damage to the front bumper. It appears the operator of MV2 was pulling into the parking spot and struck MV1. There were no injuries and both vehicles were able to be driven from the scene. The report number was given to both involved parties.

On 7/13/2021 at approx 0858HRS while assigned to 497 I responded to Newton Wellesley Hospital, West Entrance 2014 Washington St for a report of a hit and run in the parking lot. Upon arrival I met with Heather Devoe who stated she had parked her husbands 2018 Chevy Tahoe Ma Reg 7775BK in the parking lot at approx 0830HRS, upon her return at approx 0855HRS she discovered minor damage to her rear driver side bumper. The bumper had minor dark transfer of either dark paint or tire . Heather stated she had observed a dark sedan very close to her when she parked but had no other information. Heather spoke with NWH Security who stated they would check their cameras and see if they found anything.
