Narrative:
On October 4th, 2021 at approximately 11:58 hours while working N491 I responded to a report of a past Hit & Run involving a parked MV in front #350 Watertown St, Colonial drug. On my arrival I located one of the involved vehicles a 2009 blue Toyota Venza MA plate RUBRIC with the owner, Suzanne McGowan inside it. She reported parking her car in front of #350 Watertown St while out doing errands. She came back a short time later and found her vehicle had been struck. She found a note attached to her vehicle that said," I'm sorry I hit your car, with a telephone # 617-448-1039," call me". I spoke with the R/P, witness JP Botindari, address Colonial drug, #350 Watertown St. He reported hearing a crash from inside his business which brought him outside to investigate. He then observed a blond haired white female, 40's ruddy complexion wearing ripped blue jeans put a note on the parked vehicle she just hit. He asked her if she was ok? Women said nothing before getting into a grey colored SUV Ma reg.888-oyd.with heavy passenger side damage. The vehicle fled E/B on Watertown St. The registration was later queried but didn't come back to any vehicle. The phone # left on the note was traced back to a women out of Arlington Ma. but after dispatch had spoke with her realized this was not the women involved. The only vehicle attached to her name was a Nissan Pathfinder. Her drivers license picture didn't match the witnessed description either. An attempt will be made to identify the other vehicle through similar license plates. Traffic Bureau update (Officer Gaudet): A query of MV2 (MA: 8880YD) showed it comes back to a 2016 gray Jeep Cherokee registered to Ms. Johanna McGlame out of Newton. I spoke with Ms. McGlame via telephone. Ms. McGlame stated he was involved in the crash and did leave a note on the vehicle she hit with her phone number. Ms. McGlame stated she was traveling on Watertown Street and the passenger side of her vehicle made contact with a parked car. Ms. McGlame stated her vehicle had damage as a result of the crash and it is currently being fixed. Ms. McGlame's vehicle information and contact information was updated in this report. Ms. McGlame will not be cited for leaving the scene of property damage.

Narrative:
The operator of MV#1 states that she had just pulled into the property at #176 Auburndale Ave and had parked her MV on the driveway at the rear of the house when MV#2 backed into MV#1. Operator #1 was still seated in MV#1 when crash occurred. The operator of MV#2 states that MV#2 was parked on the driveway at the rear of her house (#176 Auburndale Ave) and her driveway was clear of any other MV's when she enter MV#2 to leave the residence. According to operator #2, after she entered MV#2 and started the MV, MV#1 must have entered the rear driveway and when MV#2 began backing it struck MV#1. No injuries and no tows.

On Sunday, October 10, 2021, at approximately 1601 hrs, while assigned to N494, I responded to 320 Washington St., the Four Points Sheraton, (rear Centre St. side) for a single motorcycle accident ( MV1- MA Reg 2S2136). Upon arrival, the fire and medics were treating the operator of the motorcycle, identified as BASS, Braxton Lee. BASS stated he came off the Mass Pike Eastbound exit, traveled three lanes to very left lane on the Washington St. rotary (EB), and he hit a pot hole in the road. He stated he then lost control of the motorcycle and was thrown over the handlebars crashing onto the sidewalk. The motorcycle skidded the length of the curb until the stair area of the hotel. BASS sustained injuries to his left shoulder, hands, left torso, knees, and the left side of his head. He was transported by Medic 5 to the BI Boston. The motorcycle sustained minor damage and was towed from the scene by Todys. I observed a dip in the left lane where BASS and witness on scene stated he initially lost control of the motorcycle. See attatched photos. Witness statement: MAZZIE, Zach stated he witnessed BASS crash his motorcycle. He stated BASS came off the Mass Pike exit, traveling Eastbound on Washington St., when he proceeded to the left lane, and was thrown from the motorcycle. He stated he saw him hit a bump in the road, at which point he lost control of the bike and crashed, landing on the curb into the fence. The operator of MV1 stated that they were driving Westbound on Washington St. when they saw an open parking spot on the other side of the road. The operator of MV1 stated that they tried to make a U turn heading Eastbound to try to get the open parking spot. MV1 was on the first lane and did not see MV2 on the second lane. MV1 had major damage to the left side of the vehicle, and all airbags were deployed. The operator of MV2 stated that they were driving Westbound on Washington St. when they saw MV1 attempt to make a U-Turn. MV2 stated that they did not have enough time to react which lead to the crash. MV2 had major damage to the front right side of the vehicle, and all airbags were deployed. Both parties had no injures and denied medical treatment. Todys's arrived on scene and took possession of both motor vehicles.

The operator of MV#1 stated she was stationary at the red light at 870 Walnut St (Southbound) when she was struck from behind by MV#2. MV#1 sustained minor damages to its rear end. The operator of MV#1 sustained unknown non-incapacitating injuries and was transported to Newton Wellesley Hospital by Newton Paramedics. MV#1 was secured and parked in the parking lot of "Walgrens" at 1101 Beacon St. The operator of MV#2 stated he was travelling southbound on Walnut St when his foot slipped off the brake pedal and struck MV#1. MV#2 sustained minor damages to its front end. There were no reported injuries to the operator of MV#2.

The operator of MV#1 stated he was travelling northbound on Cedar St attempting to cross Commonwealth Ave (Commonwealth Ave was closed due to the Boston Marathon). The operator of MV#1 stated he reversed into the driveway of 111 Cedar St and travelled forward sideswiping MV#2 which was parked (Unoccupied) in front of 111 Cedar St. MV#1 sustained moderate damages to its passenger side rear wheel well area. MV#2 sustained heavy damages to its driver's side rear bumper. I left a note on MV#2 with this accident information. Newton Dispatch attempted to notify the registered owner of MV#2 and left a voicemail. There were no reported injuries to the operator of MV#1 or the passenger.

MV#1 Was parked at 326 Fuller St, Brae Burn Country Club parking lot when it was struck by an unknown registration of a silver SUV. I observed video footage from a security camera of a silver SUV pulling into the parking lot and reversing into MV#1. The vehicle then drove out of the lot and traveled Westbound on Fuller St. Minor damage to right rear bumper.
