Narrative:
On Wednesday February 4, 2021 at approx. 0901 hours I responded to Washington Street at Perkins Street for a report of a two motor vehicle crash with no injuries. Upon arrival I observed the crash was during daylight hours, weather was cloudy and the roadway was wet due to recent snow fall that was cleared. I spoke with operator one Mr. Smith he stated he was in the left travel lane heading east on Washington Street when vehicle one swerved left into his lane to go towards Mass pike entrance ramp and had contact with his vehicle. Operator of vehicle two Ms.Bovell stated she was traveling east on Washington Street and observed vehicle one traveling in the middle of both east bound lanes of Washington Street. She stated he then merged left traveling in the left lane of Washington Street and she traveled in the right lane. She stated while traveling vehicle one merged into her lane and side swiped her in the left rear. Upon obtaining all documents, vehicle one operated by Mr. Smith was missing his registration plates, registration and any documents of status of the vehicle. Upon further investigation Mr. Smith had a suspended license of January 26, 2021, in addition the vehicle vin number(1FT7X2B68BEC58523 - 2011 FORD TRUCK ) came back inactive on December 16, 2020, which was allegedly sold to Mr. Smith. in the middle of December 2020. Mr. Smith had no paperwork on the vehicle, therefore vehicle one was towed by Todys Towing 1354 Washington Street Newton and will be impounded until proper documents on owner ship are verified. Mr. Smith was issued in hand citation number # T2017265 for the following 90/23 oper w/ susp lic 90/9 oper w/unreg mv 90/20 insp sticker All parties advised of the process and no injuries reported at this time. I filled out the proper paper work for towed vehicle.

The operator of MV#1 stated that he was traveling west on Washington St approaching #1479 Washington St when MV#2, who was traveling to the left of MV#1 and traveling in the same direction, drifted into his lane of travel and crash occurred. The operator of MV#2 stated that she was also traveling west on Washington St directly to the left of MV#1 when crash occurred. Operator #2 stated that she thought she was in her lane of travel the entire time. No injuries, no citations.

Operator of Motor Vehicle #1 stated that she was stopped at the red light Northbound on Chestnut Street. Motor Vehicle #2 was traveling Westbound on Commonwealth Avenue a took a left turn onto Chestnut Street ( Southbound). Motor Vehicle #2 turned into Motor Vehicle #1 causing major damage to its drivers side front panel. Operator of motor vehicle #2 stated she took a left turn onto Chestnut Street from Commonwealth Avenue and her vehicle fishtailed causing her to strike motor vehicle #1. Medics arrived on scene and both parties signed medical refusal forms. Tody's towed motor vehicle #1. Motor vehicle #1 sustained major left side damage and motor Vehicle #2 sustained moderate front end damage. Operator of motor vehicle #2 was issued a Citation T1447521 for Ch. 89 S. 4A Marked Lanes and Ch. 90 S.11 License Not Accessible.

Narrative:
The operator of MV1 stated she was stopped at the stop sign on Winchester streetat Rachel Road and her vehicle was rear ended. The operator of MV2 states that she looked down for a second and rear ended MV1. Both operators and the passenger of MV1 were uninjured. MV1 sustained minor rear end damage and was driven from the seen while MV2 sustained minor front end damage and was left parked at the scene. It was determined that the operator of MV2, Jillian Ziedman, had a suspended license. MV2 was legally parked to be picked up by a licensed driver and Ms. Ziedman was picked up by her employer. I provided Ms. Ziedman Massachusetts Uniform Citation T2080143 for 90-23 Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License. A court packet was completed and placed in the court prosecutors mailbox.
