Narrative:
On Saturday January 2, 2021 at approximately 0115 hours I was dispatched to 229 Auburn St for a motor vehicle accident into a tree. MV1 was operating eastbound on Auburn St when it crossed over the marked center lane. MV1 struck the westbound side curb and jumped onto the sidewalk. MV1 then continued on the sidewalk until it struck the tree in front of 229 Auburn St. MV1 sustained total front end damage, as well as driver side damage. The driver side damage was to both driver side doors and both driver side tires were flat. MV1 was towed by Todys. MV1 operator was injured but conscious. However MV1 operator was unable to speak due to possible concussion injuries. MV1 was transported by Newton medics to Newton-Wellesley Hospital. MV1 was issued MA Uniform Citation T2015088 for marked lanes and speeding over reasonable and proper rate, and it will be sent to the MV1 operator via mail.

Narrative:
Operator of MV1 (ma reg 8VW861) Stated she was heading EB on Boylston when she stopped at the intersection of Boylston St and Chestnut St. Operator of MV1 stated she observed a vehicle stopped at Chestnut and waited till the vehicle went throught the intersection before proceeding. Operator of MV1 continued EB on Boylston when her vehicle was struck on the front passenger side door by MV2. Operator of MV1 stated she was about 3/4 throught the intersection when the vehicle struck her car. Operator of MV2 ma reg (7HG793) stated she was driving NB on Chestnut Street when she stopped at the intersection of Boylston. Operator of MV2 thought it was safe to continue NB on Chestnut Street and did not observe MV1 coming from Boylston St. The passenger in MV1 stated while sitting in the front passenger seat he observed MV2 fail to stop at the stop sign and hit MV1. All three parties involved in the accident were all complaining about injuries. Medic 4, Medic 5 and Engine 7 arrived on scene to assist. All three parties were transported to NWH with non-fatal injuries. Tody's was also called to the scene to tow both vehicles. The owner of MV1 who was the passenger was cited (MA Citation 949189AA) 90/34J uninsured motor vehicle and 90/9/B unregistered motor vehicle. The owner of MV2 was cited (MA Citation 949218AA) 89/9 failure to stop at stop sign. Both citations were mailed out. All parties were informed of the citations being issued and mailed out. I have also added an incident report#21013647 due to the charges against the owner of MV1. All other information will be included in that report.

Driver of vehicle #1 stated he was travelling East bound in the right hand lane on Washington St. Operator #1 stated he had a green light at the intersection of Washington St. and Adams St. Operator #1 stated that vehicle #2 which was travelling Westbound made a left hand turn in front of Vehicle #1 and he had no time to react and collided with vehicle #2. The operator of vehicle #2 stated that he was travelling West bound on Washington St. attempting to make a left hand turn onto Lewis St. Operator #1 stated a vehicle heading in the opposite direction stopped to allow vehicle #2 to make a left hand turn. Vehicle #2 was then struck by vehicle #1 which was travelling in the right lane heading Eastbound. Vehicle #2 was spun around by the impact and struck Vehicle #3 which was stopped at a red light. Operator of vehicle #3 stated he was stopped at the red light at Lewis St. and Washington when he observed Vehicle #2 attempt to make a left turn onto Lewis St. Vehicle #2 was struck by vehicle #1 which spun vehicle #2 into vehicle #3. Vehicles #1 and #2 were towed away by tody's due to excessive damage. Occupant of vehicle#2 was taken to Newton Wellesley Hospital by paramedics for minor inuries.

MV2 operator stated that she and the operator of MV1 were both in a road rage incident, operating eastbound on Washington St prior to Centre St at approximately 1910 hours. MV2 operator stated before she attempted to merge left, MV1 purposefully cut her off by merging right in front of her, and slammed on the breaks. Because MV1 slammed on the breaks by merging right, MV2 operator stated she struck the rear of MV1. MV2 operator reported no injuries at this time, and MV2 sustained minor front driver side hood and front driver side headlight damage. MV2 operator stated she believed MV1 may have sustained damage. MV1 operator stated he did not think he was involved in a motor vehicle accident. However, MV1 operator reported a road rage incident at that time and area, and stated he did recall MV2 taking up to travel lanes. MV1 reported no injuries at this time and upon looking at his vehicle, only reported very minor paint transfer. Please see incident report #21014753.

Operator of MV1 was traveling Westbound of Wachusett Rd. and collided with a utility pole in front of 48 Wachusett Rd. Operator of MV1 left the scene of the accident and was located nearby at the intersection of Hammondswood Rd. at Intervale Rd. Operator of MV1 stated he left the scene of the accident because he was scared. During questioning, Operator of MV1 admitted to consuming alcohol, appeared impaired and under the influence of alcohol on scene. Operator of MV1 completely left his lane of travel and was operating in a negligent manner. Operator of MV1 sustained injuries to his head and left ankle. He was then transported to Newton Wellesley Hospital for evaluation. MV1 sustained heavy front end damage due to impact. MV1 was unable to be towed due to live power lines underneath the vehicle. A voicemail was left with the traffic bureau to follow up on when it was safe to tow the vehicle involved. Operator of MV1 was mailed a criminal application, citation #T2012668 for the following offenses: 1. Ch. 90 Sec. 24/C (Leaving the scene of property damage). 2. Ch. 90 Sec. 24/E (MV, Negligent operation). 3. Ch. 90 Sec 24/J (OUI, Liquor). See incident #21016286 for further review.

MV1 was travelling e/b on Jefferson St subsequently rear ending MV2 which was parked. MV1 pushed MV2 from 54 Jefferson St to 50 Jefferson St where it jumped the curb and crashed into a telephone pole (pole not damaged. MV1 sustained passenger side front end damage and MV2 sustained both front and rear end damage. MV1 was removed from the scene by Todys. MV#1 was traveling south on Centre St approaching the lights at the intersection of Centre and Walnut. MV#2 was at the lights of Centre and Walnut waiting to take a left onto Walnut St. MV#1 went straight though the lights, while MV#2 took a left onto walnut causing MV#1 to crash into MV#2. Operator of MV#1 stated that she had a green light as she continued though the intersection. Operator of MV#1 stated that as she was going though the intersection, MV#2 took a left in front of her and she crashed into him. Operator of MV#2 stated that he was waiting at the intersection for a clear turn. He stated that he believed that MV#1 had a red light, which gave him the right of wary to turn left on to Walnut St, when he was crashed into MV#1 Both vehicles were towed away by Todys. No injuries occurred.
